Pros:

De ruime kamer. De rust in de nacht. Ontbijt was prima. Parkeergelegenheid prima. Ligging t.o.v. stadscentrum 20 minuten lopen.

Cons:

Badkamer had een douche in bad met hoge instap. Voor ons geen probleem, maar wellicht wel voor anderen. Dan kamer met douche vragen.

A very nice stay in Gent!
Pros:

Pretty easy to get there and literally 15 min walking to downtown, cathedral, river, restaurants, bars.
The room very spacious, super clean, the bed comfortable, a/c and completely soundproof, so we had a nice time and rested stay.

La situation de l'hôtel, non loin.du centre ville

Cons:

Le personnel du bar, le soir.
Nous avons demandé à avoir une tasse vide pour l'amener dans notre chambre, car les tasses de la chambre étaient trop petite pour nous faire un thé, ce qui nous a été refusé par une serveuse qui faisait semblant de ne pas parler français, elle nous a parlé en Anglais.
Ce qui est drôle, c'est que cette même serveuse nous a parlé en français le lendemain, suite à une réclamation que nous avons fait à la réception.

Great place for any kind of stay. I'd go back 100%
Pros:

It was an apartment with kitchenette and everything was in good condition. It was clean and spacious, with a living room area, a dining area with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with massive wardrobe. I stayed for a week, so that was useful to hang all my clothes. The kitchenette had most things I needed to make easy meals like salads, but there was a pan, pot and small fridge in case anyone wants to cook full meals.
I was there during a heatwave, so the AC was really needed and worked well. The breakfast was buffet and included drinks, fruit, yoghurts, granola, all kinds of jams and nutella, pastries, eggs (boiled and scrambled), bacon, cheese and dried meats, etc. Perfect location for me since I was taking a course nearby and only had to walk for 15 minutes. There were bus stops nearby to go to the train stations or the city center.

Cons:

It may sound silly, but found it hard to do the dishes with the brush provided. A sponge would be more useful and we'd waste less dishwashing liquid. You cannot take anything with you from the breakfast buffet.

Pros:

Prettige mensen, nemen echt de uit te leggen en staan altijd voor je klaar. Het hotel is heel erg netjes, de kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien en de temperatuur was ook goed.
