Hotel am Lago Maggiore mit gutem Restaurant
Pros:

Die Lage, gutes Restaurant.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war für das Zimmer nicht ausreichend
, wir haben im Wohnzimmer geschlafen.
Eine Außenlüftung war sehr laut.
Einmal ging das Whirlpool nicht
Positiv: die meisten Fehler wurden beseitigt.

Ein Hotel mit besonderem Flair
Pros:

Das Ambiente. Personal sehr freundlich. Einrichtung Top gepflegt. Lage sehr Zentrum nah, daher vieles zu Fuss erreichbar.
Auf der Seeseite eine wunderschöne Aussicht.
Frühstück sehr lecker und umfangreich.

Cons:

Das einzige was uns störte, war dass im Aufenthaltsbereich und bei der Außenanlage ständig Popmusik zu hören war. Trotz geschlossenem Fenster hörte man die Musik bis 22.30. In unser Zimmer. Am nächsten Tag gings um ca. 6.30 wieder los. Ich muss allerdings sagen, dass unsere Zimmer auf der Seeseite war, wo sich darunter die Terasse befand.

Wunderbar! wenn wieder mal in Luino, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder hierher!
Pros:

Die Lage war super! Am See, nur ein paar Minuten vom Zentrum wie auch vom Bahnhof entfernt.
Sehr schöne Anlage, tolles Rooftop zur Verfügung aller und sehr freundliches Personal.
Wunderschön renoviert.

Cons:

das Frühstücksbuffet war 45' vor Ende praktisch leergegessen - gibt leider überall Gäste, die meinen für 3 essen zu müssen.... Konnten aber Brot und Rührei bestellen. :-)

It was a lovely stay - it would have been nicer to have stayed longer
Pros:

The hotel was perfect for our stay - we loved the outdoor area on the roof to sit out. The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was very nicely decorated. Our little balcony was nice also with a view across the lake.

Cons:

Although our room was very nice it could have been a little bigger - it was a bit tight with 2 suitcases.

Le fond musical Spotify correspondrait à une boîte de nuit, dès le petit-déjeuner
Heureusement, le personnel a accepté de changer sur demande.
Mais qu'elle horreur, qui tranche outrageusement avec le bon goût du reste de l'hotel

Wir hatten erstmalig das malerische Turmzimmer, bei der aktuellen Hitzewelle hervorragend klimatisiert. Sehr geräumig, ruhig.
Tee-/Wasserkocher und gut gefüllte Minibar!
Toll die Nähe zum See, die Gartenterrasse, das Frühstücksbüffet . Freundliches Personal. Parkplätze (mit Schranke).

Schön renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage am Lago.

Cons:

Wir waren Mitte Juni dort, als es draußen über 36 Grad hatte. Die Suite verfügte zwar über eine Air Condition, diese war mit der Zimmergröße eindeutig überfordert.
Der eigentliche Schlafbereich (Turm) hatte gar keine Klimaanlage. An erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Wir fragten zusätzlich nach einem Ventilator. Einen solchen hat das Hotel nicht.
