Das Frühstück war gut, die Lage sehr zentral
Das Zimmer war mit 12 m2 absolut zu klein, auch das Badezimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig !

Magnifique hôtel au bord du lac, avec parking privé et sécurisé , les chambres sont très confortable, buffet déjeuner parfait, le personnel très accueillant, à 5 min à pied du marché de Luino

L’hôtel est situé en face du lac et possède une terrasse lounge avec vue sur le lac et hyper confortable
Literie un peu ferme.
Chambre très mal insonorisé, on a été réveillée avant 7h du matin par le bruit des chambres voisines et le couloir
Vu le prix de la nuit, on s’attend à mieux.
Pour nous le rapport qualité prix est un peu exagéré et en plus 20 euros de parking à payer en plus pour moins de 24 h est un coup excessif

La colazione un po' piú ricca soprattutto di formaggi ed affettati. Anche nel settore dolce forse qualche torta piú particolare sarebbe stata gradita.
Die Junior Suite mit Seesicht war sehr schön.
Der Lärm von den Musikboxen aus dem Garten war extrem störend. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Oropax konnte man bis 23.00 Uhr nicht einschlafen. Ganz klar ein no go für das Hotel, ebenfalls die kostpflichtigen Kaffekapseln im Zimmer. Das Personal und das Frühstück waren hingegen top!

Mega schönes Hotel mit einem aussergwönlichen Stil. Super schönes Ambiente. Das grosse Bett im Deluxe Zimmer ist ein Traum.
