Esperienza negativa e rapporto qualità prezzo sproporzionato
Pros:

L'hotel stilisticamente parlando è indubbiamente bello, la nostra esperienza però è assolutamente negativa per diversi aspetti,
In primo luogo le dimensioni della camera, ho prenotato una tripla (siamo tre adulti) ed ho avuto una camera che già di per sé era piccola, con aggiunto un divano letto. Non sapevamo dove aprire le valigie e dove appoggiare le nostre cose.
In secondo luogo il bagno, in cui la doccia, essendo aperta, una volta che l'abbiamo usata in tre ha letteralmente allagato tutto. Infatti i mobili erano tutti rovinati per l'umidità e l'odore era fastidioso, anche perché non c'era un aspiratore. Questo ha comportato che anche la camera si è del tutto inumidita. Inoltre i serramenti della stanza, che tra l'altro era a piano terra, non tenevano adeguatamente e internamente c'erano gocce d'acqua che scivolavano lungo i vetri.
La colazione francamente non è stata niente di che, diciamo che mi aspettavo di più.
Infine il prezzo. Sappiamo bene che in Islanda ci sono dei prezzi che sono fuori del mercato, ma avendo pagato più di 600 euro per una notte, mi aspettavo una camera più ampia, adatta a tre adulti e senza tutte queste problematiche.
Pertanto il rapporto qualità prezzo è risultato assolutamente sproporzionato.
Allo stesso prezzo in altre località dell'isola ho trovato appartamenti da 60/70 metri quadri con due camere da letto.
Per me non consigliabile

Room was very warm with no air conditioning, had to open window to get any cooling. Extremely loud construction that shook the whole room until after 7pm, when we were told it would stop at 6pm. Way overpriced for a hot room and loud construction. Would suggest staying somewhere else in Vik.

Pros:

We had a great corner room. Very spacious. Lovely views of the green hills behind the hotel. Well situated in Vic, with lots of options for meals within walking distance. Staff was very helpful

Very bad experience
Pros:

I don’t recommend to book with this hotel, I booked the family room for 2000€ and they called me before the check in by one hour to inform me they have water leaking and they shift me to vik apartment which I find our it costs 1200 € so better for anyone not to book in hotel vik and avoid their drama in canceling your reservation with them and shift you to another cheaper place lesser than the price you paid to them

Wunderschönes Hotel
Pros:

Super schönes Hotel, zentral in Vik, aber sehr ruhig. Ein sehr großer Parkplatz direkt am Hotel. Das Zimmer sehr modern und großzügig. Der Frühstücksraum sehr groß und tolle Aussicht. Große Auswahl, auch an vegetarischen Speisen
