Pros:

Loved how close it was to the events we had planned

Cons:

I think it was mainly user error (my end) but the heater didnt seem to heat the room properly. I didnt want to risk overheat the room so just left it as is. But the insulation was so good. Freezing outside but decent inside even without the heater on.

Great location and very comfortable, at a good price with very good kitchen facilities,
Pros:

Welcomed by the best host, facilities better than anticipated, great location at a reasonable price. My choice for when I go for a sporting or entertainment event.

Cons:

Do not expect fancy exclusive hotel, parking is tight and an add on expense, only a few breakfast and dinner options nearby.

Excellent value for the price, the staff are wonderful, location fantastic and the bed was lovely to sleep in.

Location was excellent. Was relatively comfortable, will stay again.

Pros:

The property was within 600metres to the mcg and was a rather quite street.

Cons:

The room itself appeared very dated, bathroom especially looked like it had alot of 'home repairs'.
Tried to use the bathroom as little as possible due to the cleanliness. Toilet did not flush properly and we did not even use the shower due to the cleanliness. The kitchen sink also had a rather bad smell coming from it.

Cons:

The bedding was not clean; there was hair on the sheets, and I had to ask reception to change them. There was no heater or fan in the bathroom, so after a shower, it got humid. There is a window, but you wouldn't want to keep it open at night to get rid of the humidity.
