Old but good. A bit of a tidy up would make a big difference.
Pros:

Great location. Nice old style room with plenty of space and good kitchenette facilities.

Cons:

The bed was a bit saggy, the bathroom was very tired and the carpet was pad it’s used-by date.

Comfy, great location.
Pros:

Great location lose to the MCG
Parking cheap. Warm and comfortable. TV good. Bed comfy.

Cons:

Noisy fridge especially at night when trying to sleep, bathroom taps difficult to change from bath to shower, shower base very wobbly underfoot. Paintwork on bathroom door terrible.

Great location, warm room, comfortable bed convenient kitchenette and helpful staff.
Pros:

Stayed here many times, great secure location close to the MCG and hospitals. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Water pressure not great, but I’m probably being fussy.

Good location. Very run down building.
Pros:

Very poor condition. It needs a lot of work.

Cons:

It could easily be so much better if someone cared about it. I needed to leave a credit card deposit which as I don’t have a credit card I was unable to use my debit card I then had to leave cash and could only collect it back after 9.30am. It’s hard to see a reason for the deposit it’s in such a poor state already.

Great location, quiet and a great place really close to the MCG.
Pros:

Location for our visit to watch State of Origin was really fantastic, easy walking distance to the venue, including a stop for a very nice meal & drinks. Gary at reception desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The honesty of housekeeping from one of our rooms, in getting management to get in touch with us was really appreciated.

Cons:

The inside of the building & rooms are looking very tired, needs some updating and the outside of the building had good street appeal.
