The friendly staff!, the cleanliness, the pool and spa and also the option to eat in the restaurant
The place was pretty awesome and it’s hard to find something to fault it on, maybie the parking
Trying to find a park was crazy. I arrived at exactly the wrong time on a Friday evening!
Second time staying there. We live it. Mattress is so comfortable. Pool and jacuzzi are at a really good temperature. Very friendly staff. Good location. Good size TV. Not 100% soundproof but quite good.
Parking can we difficult as there are not enough parking space for the amount of room. They accommodate birthday parties quite often (around diner time) especially on weekend. Which means the pool is filled with kids that jump and scream. Which is a bit annoying when you came to relax.
Clean modern, convenient - loved the free bikes for getting around- we did so much more because of these

Comfy, friendly staff, beautiful lounge, easy check in.
Large sort of pastry crumbs left under table, rubbish in rubbish bin and hair in the shower when we checked in but nothing too outrageous.
Shower pressure was terrible.
My 8 year old daughter absolutely loved the pool! We had a great time using the free bikes. The staff were all absolutely lovely. Very clean and comfortable.
