We will be back again!
Pros:

Our room was clean,comfortable, and quiet with soft beds and good pillows. We really enjoyed the buffet dinners - a large variety of foods and plenty of restocks. Staff were very welcoming.

Most comfortable beds ever!
Pros:

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Possibly the best we've ever had and we stay in hotels quite a bit. Very well appointed room. Everything you could need. Spacious. Loved that there were small opening windows and air con. Mirror with lighting and defrost setting in bathroom was fantastic. Heated towel rail. Plenty of cupboard space and hangers. Restaurant and bar were great and although we didn't use it, the pool looked incredible and our friends said it was lovely. Beautiful grounds. All in all very good and we'd stay again 🤗

Cons:

Although it's a very large hotel with loads of parking, wasn't always a park available and had to drive around a bit to either get one in the car park after someone left or park on the road.

We had a lovely 4 nights in New Plymouth with fab weather.
Pros:

We loved Marbles dinner and breakfast buffets. I am celiac and the chef made special meals for me every night we stayed. Such great service.

Cons:

Our room was lovely, clean and well positioned. Just the electric jug gave off a bad odour when it was switched on. Possibly needs replacing. Could also do with a tea towel in the room to dry the cups.

Very good. Exceptional staff and facilities.
Pros:

The layout is excellent. The room was exactly what we needed. The bed was adequate. Other conveniences in the room were very good. The “continental breakfast” this morning was expansive and I mad good use of that.

Cons:

The bed was quite warm and the fitted quilt could not be removed. A night light in the toilet would be useful so that the full light doesn’t shine in the face of the person in bed when the door is opened to turn on the light.

Prima hotel, vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Goed bed, lekkere douche met harde waterstraal. Supervriendelijk personeel. Diner en ontbijt in buffetvorm koud/warm met ruime keuze. Ook glutenvrij veel opties.

Cons:

Upgrade gehad van Queen size naar Queen size de luxe. Maar daardoor was badkamer erg klein. Geen afzetruimte voor je toilettas. Je kan sowieso amper manoeuvreren.

Basic comfort in town

As good a value you’ll get in town. The hotel is getting tired and really depends whether you stay in the older or newer wing. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Parking is always a lottery so get in early.
