Pros:

La spa è il punto forte della struttura. Non avere limiti di tempo per sauna, idromassaggio etc, è un vero plus. Inoltre essendo il centro benessere al quinto piano, si ha la possibilità di rilassarsi, guardando il panorama... Colazione estremamente ricca e con prodotti freschissimi. Staff molto cordiale e professionale.

Cons:

Il bagno della camera, seppur pulito, avrebbe bisogno di una 'rinfrescata'.

Pros:

Le personnel est à l’écoute et super réactif, le petit déjeuner ou l’on trouve un mixte de tout pour bien commencer la journée.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal.

Cons:

La toilette trop prêt de l’évier, il serait souhaite d’inverser WC et bidet.

Aria condizionata non funzionante. Risposta ? Apra la finestra. All’arrivo ho chiesto se era possibile la colazione in camera e mi hanno confermato che era possibile. Chiamo la mattina per chiedere il servizio e mi dicono che non è possibile perché ci sono pochi camerieri. Ma la cosa più assurda: alla richiesta di prenotare un taxi il receptionist maschio mi invita a scaricare l’up sul cellulare perché lui era impegnato…che dire se non che era il receptionist di giovedì tardi pomeriggio 14 maggio….

A well-located hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is located one block back from the sea – in a rather noisier part of Rimini. The building is a bit old, and the room is small but adequate. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There were ants in my room, number 226. The breakfast selection was only for early risers; by 8.30 the containers were empty.
