Nice place with great location.
Pros:

Great central location, close to pubs, restaurants and nightlife. Nice breakfast buffet, great bed and shower.

Cons:

Big swimming pool, but unfortunately little to cold for me, but saunas was nice.

Excellent, nice and perfect location.
Pros:

The staff was so helpful and polite and serviceminded. We had slot of questions and they always tried their best to help.
The breakfast was really good and the location was perfect.

Cons:

We would like to use the pool and spa but we couldn’t since it was mixed genders.

Situation idéale pour visiter Sarajevo, personnel sympathique, petit-déjeuner buffet très bon et complet, salle de gym énorme, lits confortables. En plus nous avons bénéficié d’une chambre supérieure à la réservation.

Pros:

Good location but sadly parking is only available nearby for 20€ / day at hotel europa.
Pool & sauna are nice.

Cons:

The en-suite bathroom has a transparent glass door...
I get the bathtub/shower in room thing but this is kinda ridiculous.

Pros:

Posizione centralissima, nel cuore della città Vecchia, camera grandissima e bagno Top, colazione molto buona con scelta salata e dolce. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piscina /spa.

Odličan i bogat doručak, super lokacija, besplatno promaknuće u apartman.

Cons:

Iako smo eksplicitno tražili odvojene krevete, dobili smo bračni krevet. Također, prvu noć je netko zabunom s recepcije zvao našu sobu radi naručenog buđenja, iako ga mi nismo naručili. Usto, parking u susjedstvu je prilično skup, šteta da hotel nema neki aranžman oko preuzimanja troškova na sebe, što je uobičajena praksa.
