Terrible attitude towards customers and incompetence on the part of the hotel staff.
I booked a hotel room in advance, I came from another country. On the day of arrival, they abruptly wrote that I had to pay for the room using my banking details within half an hour. I replied that at the moment I do not have the opportunity to pay the amount using the card details. When I arrived to check in, it turned out that the reservation was cancelled after half an hour. I had the card details that they could charge the room rate from. As a result, there was nowhere to spend the night, I had to urgently look for any other hotel. I spent extra money on it. As a result, after a couple of hours, a message arrives from this hotel: "there has been a misunderstanding, it seems we will be able to check you in." I ask you to deal with this terrible situation and take action towards the hotel staff.
