تجربة سيئة جدا ..... Very bad experience

أود تسجيل شكوى رسمية بشأن تجربتي السيئة خلال إقامتي الأخيرة لديكم، والتي للأسف جاءت دون المستوى المتوقع من فندق يفترض أن يلتزم بأعلى معايير الضيافة وخدمة العملاء.

أولاً، طلبت الحصول على الفاتورة الضريبية الخاصة بإقامتي لتقديمها إلى جهة عملي، إلا أنني فوجئت برفض طلبي بحجة أن الحجز تم عبر Booking.com. هذا التبرير غريب وغير منطقي، خاصة أن آخر ثلاث إقامات لي خلال الشهرين الماضيين كانت في فنادق أخرى من فئة خمس نجوم وتم حجزها بالطريقة نفسها، ومع ذلك تم تزويدي بالفاتورة الضريبية مباشرة ودون أي تعقيدات. عدم القدرة على إصدار فاتورة ضريبية لنزيل أقام فعلياً في الفندق يثير الاستغراب ويعكس ضعفاً في الإجراءات أو عدم رغبة في التعاون مع النزلاء.

ثانياً، وبسبب تأخر موعد رحلتي أنا وزوجتي لعدة ساعات، تقدمت بطلب بسيط ومعتاد جداً لتمديد موعد تسجيل المغادرة (Late Check-out) لمدة ساعة واحدة فقط حتى الساعة 02:00 مساءً. إلا أن الطلب قوبل برفض متشدد مع الإصرار على مغادرة الغرفة الساعة 01:00 مساءً، دون أي محاولة لإبداء المرونة أو مراعاة ظروف النزيل. والأكثر إزعاجاً من الرفض نفسه هو أسلوب التعامل الذي افتقر إلى الاحترافية واللباقة، وهو أمر غير مقبول إطلاقاً من منشأة تدّعي تقديم خدمة راقية.

بصراحة، ما واجهته من تعقيد في الحصول على الفاتورة الضريبية، إلى جانب غياب المرونة وسوء أسلوب التعامل، ترك لدي انطباعاً سلبياً للغاية عن الفندق، ولا يتوافق بأي حال مع مستوى الخدمة الذي يُتوقع من فندق بهذه الفئة. كنت أتوقع حلولاً وتعاوناً، لكن ما حدث كان العكس تماماً.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I requested a tax invoice for my stay to submit to my employer, but was told this was not possible because the booking was made through Booking.com. This explanation is unacceptable, as I have received tax invoices without issue from several other 5-star hotels for bookings made through the same platform.
I also requested a late check-out of just one hour due to a delayed flight, but the request was refused with no flexibility and handled in an unprofessional manner.
What happened with me falls far below the standards expected from a 5 stars hotel
