Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel fue el trato de todo el personal: siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. También queremos destacar el desayuno, de buena calidad y producto local.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no se corresponden con la imagen que transmiten las fotografías del perfil del hotel. En nuestro caso, tanto la habitación como, especialmente, el baño eran bastante diferentes a lo que esperábamos tras ver las imágenes de la reserva. Creemos que sería conveniente actualizar las fotografías para que reflejen con mayor fidelidad el estado real de las habitaciones y así evitar expectativas que luego no se cumplen.
