Necesita una reforma. Suelos con moqueta. Una de las habitaciones tenía bañera con los azulejos con moho. Muy poca luz en el baño

An excellent stay overall.
Pros:

An excellent stay overall. The staff at the reception, Alper and Umut, were polite and helpful and quickly sorted out our luggage and breakfast free of charge. The room was clean and spacious with all the mod cons. The location is great too, with easy accesses to buses, taxi and Metro. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

It’d’ve been perfect if we could actually have a twin room (the booking was for Deluxe Double or Twin Room).

Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Walking distance to metro station (M3 to city centre) though it takes longer to walk to the M11 airport line .

Pros:

The room was clean, and the staff were nice. Many thanks to Baran, Zeynap, and Emin, who were all very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is located beside a highway, and my room directly faced the road. There was constant noise throughout the day and even late at night.

Nach jedem Besuch in der Stadt schätzten wir es, in ein bequemes, sauberes Hotel zurückzukehren.
Pros:

reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett. Ruhiger, angenehmer Raum.

Very nice hotel room, convenient location, free wifi did not work
Pros:

The room was big and comfortable, the shower worked well, and the location was good. The staff were very helpful too. The blinds kept the light out and there was no noise from the people in adjacent rooms.

Cons:

The free wifi did not work. A staff member helped me by letting me use the staff wifi, but this was not an ideal solution. I like to have a fridge in the room, and there was one, but it was not very cool. There was quite a bit of street noise.

Pros:

The room was quite spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and convenient. The staff at the reception was very polite and willing to assist me and answer my questions. They fixed the issue with the air conditioning successfully.

Cons:

An iron would be useful for someone traveling for work, so it would be nice to add an iron to the room's extra amenities.
