Regarding Item Postage and Delivery

I had a little misunderstanding with the staff the first day, because I wanted my room fully cleaned and the bed done everyday (otherwise I would have chosen a B&B...) but they didn't. the staff member Hoshi managed the situation beautifully.
Laundry washing machines need an update, Full room cleaning services with daily change of sheets should be a granted service, the ecological thing is a clear excuse. Or please provide more options on booking.com

Great location! Having convenient access to Akasaka-mitsuke station from a four minute walk makes getting around Tokyo fast which is very much appreciated to start our day and getting back home after a tiring day. There were also free donuts provided for a snack in the evening - a very fun treat to experience once because we got back to the hotel after the donuts were gone a few days.

We had a great stay! Like most hotels in Japan, the rooms are on the smaller side, but we found them manageable since we were out exploring most of the day. The room was clean and tidy, and the check-in staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was also a nice bonus and had a good selection.
The location is ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the Harry Potter train station. It’s also very easy to get around Tokyo, with several train lines within walking distance.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!
