Regarding Item Postage and Delivery
- The hotel cannot accept nor store any commercial goods, including goods purchased online (packages, boxes, bags, cartons, gifts or similar items) unless the recipient is registered and is staying at the hotel.
- Any delivery purchased online and arriving at the hotel during the guests' stay must be accepted and signed by the guest in person. The hotel cannot take any liability for payment, damage or loss of the delivery item on behalf of the guest.
- The hotel does not feature any storage space. Please notify the hotel in advance of the quantity of items expected and of any large-size items.
- For disposal of bulk items or large quantities of packaging / wrapping material the hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees.

-Maintenance work of the entire facility, in accordance with legal regulations, will be carried out on 12/01/2026 from 23:00 to 02:00 (13/01/2026). During this time, there will be a complete power outage, and guests will not be able to use elevators, electrical appliances in guest rooms, or bathroom facilities (hot water and toilets).An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.

Comfortable and clean rooms.

Something that didn’t really affect our stay, but was odd to say the least:
There was water dripping down from the ceiling (floor 8 of 8) in the hallway. First through the lighting and afterwards through the hole that was made to redirect it.
This occurred on day one or two of the seven we stayed. It was promised to be fixed by the following day. Instead it kept getting worse, the fixture to catch all the water was subpar and thus the carpet always wet at some spot. Until we left there wasn’t any progress made.

very conveniently located! you just slip down an alleyway opposite the hotel and you have arrived at the metro station!
The room was cozy and clean. It also had a fridge! They stored our bags after check out and provided laundry service.
The air conditioning was not very cool. I wish it could have been slightly cooler as the days were getting hotter
