Only one chair to sit on balcony with in a room for two people.
Duże ręczniki, basen mały ale sympatyczny. Widok (po dopłacie) super.
Kiepsko posprzątany pokój. Brak krzeseł i stolika na balkonie. Łóżka mało wygodne, rozjeżdżały się od siebie. I słychać wszystko z innych pokoi.

Simplemente la ubicación que esté bastante cerca del centro de Sant Antoni.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba funcionando a máxima potencia y con la temperatura al mínimo. El hotel fue informado de este problema desde la tarde, pero nadie hizo nada para solucionarlo antes de mi llegada por la noche.
Ningún miembro del personal fue capaz de proporcionarme un mando a distancia, ya que, según ellos, no se entrega a los clientes. Tampoco consiguieron encontrar uno que funcionara para resolver el problema.
Como consecuencia, no pude dormir en toda la noche. La temperatura de la habitación debía rondar los 16 °C y terminé incluso resfriado.
Lo más decepcionante fue la actitud del personal, especialmente la del jefe de recepción, Javier. Se negó a ofrecer cualquier tipo de compensación comercial. Peor aún, hizo que uno de sus empleados afirmara que el cupón de Booking que se entrega automáticamente a todos los clientes al hacer el check-in era una compensación por este problema.
Cuando se le demostró que eso era falso, se retractó diciendo que nunca había afirmado tal cosa. Llegó incluso a hacer mentir a un empleado de recepción únicamente para librarse de una situación incómoda.
Pagué 127 € por una habitación en la que no pude descansar ni una sola hora.
Además, la limpieza deja mucho que desear. El dispensador de jabón del baño estaba roto y ni siquiera fue sustituido. Es una muestra evidente de la falta de profesionalidad y de atención al detalle.
En este establecimiento los clientes son tratados como simples números. Cobrar 127 € por noche ofreciendo un servicio de este nivel es una absoluta falta de respeto hacia los clientes y, además, perjudica la imagen de Booking.
If you are below the age of 30 DO NOT STAY HERE. We experienced absolutely awful age discrimination and aggression from this hotel, one staff member in particular who was apparently called Baba. We arrived and all was fine until the certain staff member behind the desk passed us what looked like a waiver form and said it was a €50 per person (we are 4 girls under 21) deposit fee for the week for any damage etc. I said we wasn’t made aware of this but that’s fine as long as I can see where it says it on the website , to which the gentleman responded to check Jet2. I did and it said €50 per room, not person. Long story short they tried charging us double to which the gent then admitted it was because of our age we would smash the room with canisters. This was an act of age discrimination which caused us so much stress as even the waiver he had given us said €50 per room but he said “it’s what the manager says”. We had to call the Jet2 helpline who sorted us out but they were nice about it and had to liaise with the aggressive receptionist.They threatened to not give us the room key over this issue. The same receptionist also slammed his hand on the desk at my friend over a miscommunication about the room key we left at reception. They were so judgemental and made presumptions due to our age that if we didn’t fight it we would’ve been scammed. We even went the extra mile and asked a group of men on a stag do if they had been charged deposit and they hadn’t been charged one at all so they were just singling us out. Furthermore, when speaking to the Jet 2 woman over the phone he was trying to catch us out and lie to the woman to get her off the phone and persist scam us. Really awful experience.

Very basic and not the cleanest place. Rooms don’t have a fridge, hairdryers, kettles, etc. Paid €50 euro deposit each when arrived (which we had no issue with doing so), when we checked out we got told the deposit would be refunded back into our accounts within 48 hours. It’s now been 10 days and still haven’t received this back. Rang up and emailed multiple times and am either ignored or told they are busy. After reading other reviews this has happened to multiple people. Don’t recommend.
