I would certainly stay again at this hotel since it was very convenient and affordable.
Pros:

The location was great and very convenient for all the activities we had planned. We wanted to visit the historic district, go to the beach and visit place in Mt. Pleasant. This hotel was excellent for that. It was only a 10 minute drive across the bridge to historic Charleston and very close to attractions in Mt Pleasant like Shem Creek and the waterfront park. I also liked the gym and pool. I found the pool very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was also very friendly and responded to our concerns very quickly (our electronic door lock needed its battery changed so we got locked out of the room for a few minutes). The hotel had a 24 hour coffee/tea station. The hotel also had a very pleasant and clean scent.

Cons:

The wifi connection could have been better. We had tickets for a few attractions and I couldn’t download them or connect very well until I was outside of the hotel. I also think the bed was a little firmer than I like but I still slept well.

Cons:

This hotel has air conditioning units all along the perimeter, and they are very noisy. Although they moved us to a quieter room, there is a constant, loud mechanical hum, likely made worse by the poor window insulation. It is not a recommended hotel if you are sensitive to noise or have trouble sleeping.

We love it here!
Pros:

We love this Hampton inn! This is the second time we have stayed here in the past month. We live in Greenville so we frequently visit this area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We also love how clean the rooms and whole hotel is!
