Location was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Reasonably priced compared to others in Vancouver.
Lift was slow and small and only one lift so often had to wait. Noise from the street below. Noisy portable air conditioner in the room. Lucky we didn't to use it much. Light ing consisted of lots of individual lamps which were on different switches. Took some time to switches to turn them all off on the first night but once we knew where they were it was fine.
Great location, clean, comfortable bed, quirky styling
Breakfast at next door Cafe great! Location perfect for our needs. Staff very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant experience.

It’s a cute old school hotel. The room was a bit warm. There was a portable air conditioner that you could use but it made a lot of noise and did nothing. It’s only a top of 18oC outside but was uncomfortably warm in the room. Good location.
Lack of built in AC.
Muy bien situado. Se puede ir andando tantos al centro como al Stanley Park. Tienes una cafetera Nespresso en la habitación y reponen diariamente agua, leche y cápsulas. Desayuno en una cafetería con acceso desde el propio hotel. Personal muy amable. Habitación sencilla pero muy limpia y con una cama muy amplia
En general, bien. Es un alojamiento modesto pero muy cómodo y acogedor Muy buena relación calidad precio
Location was great
Nespresso and water bottles a nice touch
Upgraded garden view was a view of the underground parkade. The bed was very thin could feel the springs. Definitely not a luxurious pillow top as advertised. Small rooms no built in desk also as advertised.
Easy walking distance from downtown Vancouver attractions and train station, cruise terminal even with suitcases.

No ramp to get luggage into hotel
Great central downtown location. We had our own bikes but free bikes are offered and it was really easy to get around on designated bike lanes. Nespresso machine for coffee a great touch. Staff was awesome, helped us put our e-bikes into secure storage though the parking garage is quite secure as well. Charged our PHEV for free at the one charging station in garage.
Signage for where to,park for check in would have been appreciated. We drove around the block a few times before seeing the main doors.
Location was perfect, staff always friendly and helpful. Emails were wonderful. So easy to walk everywhere and the hop on off bus stop is just across the road. As easy as
Bed and pillows... Bed was lumpy and so were the pillows, especially one of them. Otherwise a wonderful stay.

The housekeeping team did a fantastic job; the room was absolutely spotless and perfectly maintained.
However, our stay was unfortunately ruined by the lack of soundproofing. We couldn't sleep all night because we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the heavy traffic outside. Since there is a hospital right across from the hotel, sirens from ambulances were constant. To make matters worse, the blackout curtains were too short, allowing bright sunlight to flood the room early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice.
