Nažalost, naše iskustvo sa ovim hotelom bilo je veoma razočaravajuće, i to isključivo zbog načina na koji je osoblje recepcije postupalo prema nama. Sam hotel nije loš i verujemo da bi boravak bio prijatan da nije bilo ovih situacija.

Po dolasku kasno uveče, prilaz hotelskom parkingu bio je blokiran drugim vozilom. Kada smo se obratili recepciji za pomoć, očekivali smo da će osoblje pokušati da pronađe rešenje. Umesto toga, recepcionar je bio nezainteresovan, odgovarao je neljubazno i nije pokazao inicijativu da pomogne. Tek nakon našeg insistiranja i zahteva da razgovaramo sa menadžerom, kontaktirana je policija kako bi se problem rešio.

Kada smo konačno ušli na parking, rečeno nam je da privremeno ostavimo automobil ispred drugog vozila, uz objašnjenje da njegov vlasnik odlazi tek oko 11 časova. Zbog kasnog dolaska (oko 2 ujutru) i umora prihvatili smo taj predlog. Međutim, već u 7 ujutru probudio nas je poziv sa recepcije da odmah pomerimo automobil. Smatramo da je to bilo potpuno suprotno prethodnom dogovoru i veoma neprijatno nakon tako kratke noći.

Prilikom razgovora o tome, recepcionar je reagovao neprofesionalno, povisio ton i koristio neprimerene komentare, uključujući opaske poput da se “to možda radi u Holandiji, ali ne u Srbiji” i da “idemo u sobu jer neće da se bakće sa nama”. Takav način komunikacije sa gostima smatramo potpuno neprihvatljivim.

Dodatno, primetili smo da je sa automobila nestala dekoracija sa svadbe. Kada smo to prijavili, umesto razumevanja dobili smo osporavanje i podsmeh, iako je isti recepcionar prethodne večeri video da se dekoracija nalazila na vozilu.

Ono što nas je najviše razočaralo nije bio sam problem, već odnos osoblja prema gostima. Tokom celog boravka imali smo utisak da recepcija nije bila zainteresovana da pronađe rešenje, već da objasni zašto nešto ne može da se uradi. To nije nivo usluge koji očekujemo od hotela.

In een woord: verschrikkelijk!
Boek hier niet, tenzij je zit te wachten op spullen die worden gestolen van je auto op de parkeerplaats, onbeschoft personeel, een airco die het niet doet, je een suite boekt maar de kamer lijkt te daterem uot de prehistorie. Wij hebben nog nooit zo’n slecht hotel meegemaakt. Na een huwelijk zijn wij hier komen overnachten en bij aankomst was het al drama. Een geblokkeerde toegang tot de parkeerplaats, geen plek en een receptionist met geen manieren. Gasten uitkafferen is in dit hotel blijkbaar de normaalste gang van zaken. Eens en nooit meer!
Bespaar geld en je zenuwen door hier niet te boeken.
