Pros:

location was awesome staff were great friendly and proffessional

Cons:

i asked for a king double as me and my girlfriend were going to share the bed it turned out to be 2 basic singles put together im 6 foot tall my feet were outside the bed the whole night, but thats not the worst/funniest thing, the bed was made with only a bottom and top sheet no blankets/doona covers at all, i looked through the cupboards and found 2 single (yes single) blankets for a couple sharing a bed????? no definitely not impressed at all

All in all, I would stay there again has a fantastic location and was generally very good
Pros:

Location is fantastic. easy access to the Beach shopping centre casino tram anywhere really .

Cons:

I didn’t like the way a king size bed is just two single beds pushed together makes it very uncomfortable in the centre. room and facilities in the room were pretty dated and Wi-Fi kept dropping out all the time.

Perfect location
Pros:

Great location, enjoyed our stay & found the reception staff lovely. Yes the rooms are dated & need some work but was good value for money overall.

Cons:

Hair dryer didn't have a Nz plug on the end of the cord so couldn't use it and no face cloths

Not cheap bit not expensive, expected a little nicer for the price though. Location was only positive thing. Disappointe

The location was great for us.

Cons:

No dooner on bed, blankets in cupboard only.
Stains all over lounge.
Chipped tiles on kitchen floor.
No iron and we know why as there was a huge iron burn mark in carpet.
Handle broken on bathroom window, 7th floor very windy so froze in the shower as window was over bath.
The bath bottom was cracked and dirty looking, not great to stand on.
Dustpan but no brush.
Behind bed the windowsill was dusty and dirty cup marks, had not been cleaned in a while.
No face washer to go with towells and towells were stained.
Just general maintenance of room and surrounds were not there as should be for the price.

Unit 803 is in poor condition.
Needs complete uplift.
Walls need repainting.
Carpets replacing.
Bath is antiquated.
Kitchen utensils minimum.
Kettle not working.
Almost equal to back packer accomodation
