Excellent price, clean accommodation, friendly staff, perfect location (walked everywhere) we love the spa, pool & sauna. We've been 3 times now during school holidays & we love it 😁

Good value, comfortable stay on the Gold Coast.
Pros:

The location was great, within walking distance of the beach, shopping and the tram station. Parking was available in the basement which was helpful. The room was pleasant and there was a great view from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the option to have four single beds. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, as were the cleaning staff. Overall, it was very good value for a stay at the Gold Coast.

Cons:

The kitchen was quite tiny and cramped. The knives were all blunt, and we were surprised to find there were no teaspoons! There was a caddy with tea and coffee supplies, but there was only one teabag - despite several coffee bags and probably 20 bags of sugar. I did have to go to reception to ask for more tea, as well as more toilet paper and bin bags as we didn't enough for our stay. Fortunately, the staff were happy to provide more.

Cons:

The bed was so uncomfortable. It was 2 single beds pushed together and im 6 ft 2 so my feet hung over the ends of the bed by a mile. You could feel the big devide between the beds and the mattress's were very old and horrible to sleep on

A rather hellish experience.
Pros:

Cons:

Everything low quality, door signs broken, burn marks on light switch. Mostnuncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

Pros:

Size of the room and the location. Also value for money.

The heated pool wasn’t heated and the spa bubbles weren’t working for the first day.

Quiet place and reasonable price but won’t be back
Pros:

Nice views. Location was close to shops. Cable channels available.

Cons:

Parking issues. Not enough car spaces undercover. Was forced to leave early as didn’t want to park out on the street. There were no car park spaces out the front of the complex anyway.

Would do it again
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to malls, beach, restaurants, casino.
Secure Parking available( but might be shortages in the high season.)
Good size room. Comfortable bed.
Storage. Sofa, Balcony with great night light view.
Useful utilities: microwave, oven, fridge, tv.
We stayed an extra day.

Cons:

An overkill on cleaning with too much chemical fumes. Needed a very good airing and less product.
Aircon didn't work. Might have been batteries?
Not so important but..
Cooktop had 2 elements with only 1 working

No blankets on bed or in the cupboard.
Lock broken on balcony
Generally felt grimey
Staff were pleasant
Felt like a full/part refund should be offered as I've stayed in hostels nicer than this place.

Cheap and cheerful.
Pros:

Great location. The spa was nice and hot which was a good contrast with the chilly pool. The room was spacious and pretty quiet. It overlooked the highway but the traffic noise wasn’t too bad.

Cons:

The number on my door was handwritten which gave it an odd vibe.

Room was disgusting. My whole family were horrified! Pictures on the website are clearly very old from when this building was first built and not recent to show the decrepit room it is now. So gross. Not a nice hotel at all.
