Common area, Hallway way to rooms, recently updated.
Including the Outside of Building.

Cleanliness of Studio could have been a lot better
Dust on Cabinet above Fridge.
Skirting Boards,
Power Switches,
between & under Beds & Sofa area.
The Bathroom Extractor didn't work, hence dustiness
Cleanliness of Bathroom, including Mould in Grout could do with a deep clean.
Beds comfortable, 1 of, mattress to replace, slumped in middle.

In pointing this out,
I recognised the Studio room & next door were in the process of renovation.

Overall, aside from these comments, it is a good size self contained room with all the amenities for 2 persons.
Additionally, the Customer Service was Great! & we enjoyed the stay & will return.

Waste of money terrible job of cleaning room prior and unsanitary cockroach infested hallways

Toilet smelt still unclean and bathroom at 2pm checking in time straight away then second night at 2am before 10 am checkout found a HUGE cockroach crawling around room about to crawl into bed near the bathroom door 😭
