Categories

Cleanliness
7.8
Mostly described as clean in several reviews and praised housekeeping, but at least one guest reported mould/dirt buildup in the shower corners which lowers this score.
Service
9.2
Multiple positive mentions of friendly and helpful staff (Lucas, Mahfuz Alam and others) and attentive reception; one isolated concern about parking communication but overall service is a strong point.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised — immediate tram/Luas access, excellent for 3Arena/Aviva and many notes of convenient restaurants/transport nearby.
Room Quality
8.8
Rooms frequently described as spacious, comfortable beds, balconies and modern styling; some comments about cold/clinical decor, worn balconies or heavy duvets reduce a perfect score.
Amenities
8.2
Positive notes on in-room water/fridge, good tram access and buffet breakfast availability; negatives around parking arrangements/fees and occasional issues with escalators.
Value for Money
6.8
Several guests explicitly call the hotel expensive or poor price/value (price excessive, not worth for worn balcony/room in some cases), bringing this score down.
Food and Beverage
8
Breakfast and buffet are praised in many reviews, but some guests report limited menu options, wrong drinks served, and an overcooked steak — overall mixed to slightly positive.
Overall Experience
9.7
Overall strong positive sentiment: many guests report 'great stay', 'exceptional', and recommend for events; main detractors are parking fees and a few service/cleanliness issues.

Nice and comfy hotel. Would stay there again
Pros:

The room was very comfy and nice, staff were verz nice too. It was also no problem to receive another key card for the party arriving a bit later (as peer agreement with reception staff, room number mentioned and another key card received).

Pros:

The rooms, the staff are amazing so helpful and friendly especially Shaun! He's only new and went above and beyond!

The air con!!! Especially in that heat!

Cons:

Unfortunately our breakfast wasn't great and my daughter found 2 creatures on her fruit- appreciate it's warm, maybe there were not washed, but.once kids have sent something, they can be funny not to eat unfortunately.
This put her off eating there again so we didn't use our breakfast
