The nicest thing about staying here was leaving
Absolutely over priced, there was mould all through the shower , if I don’t get a foot fungal disease it would be a miracle .dust along every surface especially on the cornices . The ironing board had broken legs , the carpet was putrid , the ground outside was cleaner. The linen had something stuck to it , there was wet washing left in the rusted washing machine & the smell was horrendous , the kind of smell that literally clings to your nose hairs. The garden has been left to its own devices and unkempt couldnt even describe it. The walls were full of marks, the heater didn’t work ( probably a good thing as heating the smell of the apartment would’ve made me vomit) I felt like I needed a tetanus shot when I left .
Bed size
No netflix or smart tv, awful pillows full of dust under the clean pillow cases,
Cheap, spacious accommodation
Generally the while apartment was dirty, we had stained blankets, mould in the bathroom, oven was visibly dirty. Broken stuff everywhere, balcony had broken pieces everywhere, all the lamp shades were broken and lopsided. The limp broken door handle to our room. The blanket for the bed in the main living area was stained and not clean. Carpets were stuffed, had been drawn on and were unclean. After seeing the Stone Age cleaning gear that the staff were using to the rooms, it’s evident why this place is shit.
One other thing that really pissed me off was the sign at reception that stated “give us a 5 star review and we will take off $5 off your next stay”.
If you’re the owner reading this, stop being a tight ass, fix up your hotel and if you want 5 stars your might want to knock $50 off for a 5 star review. Or just fix up this hotel.
$20 late check out fee for an hour that also included your staff coming to our room harassing us for the money. Before we had dropped the keys off.
Don't be fooled by the photos of the place my skin started to crawl the moment I walked in I was expecting to see a chalk outline from a body walked out return keys to the box and booked another apartment never to return
Location
A bit run down.
Smelled like chemicals and like they were trying to cover up cigarette smoke.
The smell was chemical and bad. We tried to bring it up to booking but they never addressed it. I warned the property owner I would give a bad review based on my concerns. No response. So here it is.
The suburb
Room had no hot water
Other than the location, there was nothing that I liked about this property.
The moment you walk in the door the room stinks, the bathroom has mold on the ceiling, dirt dripping down the bathroom walls, mattress is a hundred years old and you could feel the springs on your body, the box spring was torn, carpet’s dirty, cobwebs hanging over the bed, windows screens are full of dust, exhaust fan doesn’t work, shower is broken and water keeps coming out the door. Killed one big cockroach and found many small ones running around, someone’s old slipper and empty drink bottle was under the bed and more dirt under the sofa. The cleaning was pretty much nonexistent and the upkeep nil. This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at and could not wait for daylight to get out. Only thing I noticed is that they had clean linen, unfortunately the linen was on filthy mattresses.
Quick service . Owner was very friendly
Out dated rooms but good value for money
All
All
Not much. Stank of cigarettes, carpets stained, walls and doors damaged.
Bathroom falling apart.
As above
Just felt cosy to me, could do with a few extra utensils in the kitchen, but the room overall was prefect for my needs. I travel for work and like a serviced apartment that doesnt break the budget.
The services are good but there's only one that I've noticed and i guess the management should provide. The bathroom has no lock and also the rooms. They must put on lock specially on the bathroom and rooms
The management should put lock on doors specifically the bathroom
Reasonably priced
