Overall good, water if given as complimentary would be more helpful as people may forget often.
Pros:

Good Hospitality and good service, good break fast and food

Cons:

Sometimes tea is not available, on request if tea is provided as required, it would be good and supply of water as complimentary is must, as we need to buy water from outside always

wife and me are not happy with the stay here

rooms are not cleaned daily
no flask for making tea
no water bottle at room
there are small cockroaches in room
smell of smoking cigarettes in the room from nearby rooms
no white light in room
