Cela aurait pu être un excellent séjour avec une climatisation fonctionnelle et un matelas offrant un soutien.
Pros:

La localisation, l’aménagement de la chambre, la propreté, l’accueil, le choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, dommage avec 32° dehors !
Le matelas très mou.

Pros:

La literie est bonne, la chambre est propre et spacieuse. L'emplacement est nickel

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner est annoncé jusqu'à 11h el week-end, et à 10h nous étions obligés de demander du pain nature il n'y avait plus du tout, on ne parle même pas des œufs brouillés qui sont manquants, le fromage et la charcuterie où on est capable de trouver 2 petits bouts.
Le pire c'était le jour de départ (départ avant 12h)... On finit de manger et tente de rentrer dans notre chambre à 10h45, accès interdit, on était obligés de repasser par la réception pour nous réactiver la carte!
On trouve ça un peu "light" pour un 4 étoiles !

Hotel war zweckmässig.
Pros:

Nähe an Genf sehr gut.

Cons:

Kübel waren im Zimmer nicht geleert.
Nach der ersten Nacht wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde vergessen.

Le cadre, le calme, le personnel très réactif
Pour exemple problèmes d’accessoire salle de bain et cuisine qui ont été réglé très rapidement.
Les repas sont correct
petit déjeuner classique et souper pizzas sur place très pratique
en plus pour 1€ la boisson est comprise (3€ bière)
