L’attitude de certaines personnes du personnel (hautain) on semble les déranger, et difficile d’obtenir des informations sur les commerces près de l’hôtel.
Belle vue sur le St-Laurent. Très beaux couchers de soleil.
Établissement très bien tenu. Belle vue sur le fleuve et les montagnes de Charlevoix. Chambres spacieuses. Très bonne literie confortable.
Compte tenu du prix de la chambre, le petit-déjeuner devrait être inclus. Cela finit par coûter cher! La rue en construction, mais cela n’est pas la responsabilité de l’hôtel…

Très bons restaurants et le personnel des restaurants était très gentil.
Le système de chauffage/ climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre il faisait très chaud durant la nuit
A l’arrivée, la personne à la réception n’était pas très sympathique
Les tapis dans les corridors auraient besoin d’être changé
Le bain est très haut donc difficile à enjamber, de plus il n’y a pas de barre d’appui pour donner un coup de main et aucun tapis antidérapant dans le bain donc très glissant quand on prend une douche

Pas de couverte supplémentaire disponible. Belle douche mais l'absence de bain a été une déception.
Les travaux en cours ne sont que temporaires mais difficiles à ignorer.
