Very clean room
No microwave in room. Bathtub very dangerous getting in and out of, also very slippery and they do not supply a rubber bathtub mat to prevent slipping.

La porte coupe feu est extrêmement bruyant. À chaque ouverture, la porte claque. C’est dérangeant pour notre quiétude.

A notre arrivé, je n’ai pas aimé le commentaire de la réceptionniste quand je lui ai demandé si ma chambre était sur le côté vu du fleuve, ce qu’elle m’a répondu le bas prix de la chambre que nous payons n’inclut pas la vue sur le fleuve, elle aurait pu s’abstenir de ce commentaire frustrant, c’est le seul point négatif de mon séjour.

The AC can’t go below 19 & stops several times at night, i was sweating which woke me & didn’t have a good night sleep.

Modern and spacious rooms
HVAC kept shutting off every 20 minutes. Room was quite warm despite 12 C outside.
A spotless hotel with large rooms and a modern bathroom. The beds were wonderful. Stayed ere on 2 separate occasions during our holiday and we were not disappointed either time. The restaurant, La Griffe , served a good selection of food and was very enjoyable, as was the breakfast.
Staff were very helpful and flexible when we arrived early for our room.
