Good stay, mostly happy. Would like to know when I get my deposit money back tho

It was good location and a nice place to stay

Cons:

They made me put a $100 deposit with a card on file which they told me would be refunded on checkout,
I checked out and a week later I still don’t have the money back

Cons:

I was given a room with a leaking toilet and had to speak to several staff consistently in order for them to finally send an engineer to the room. While they did switch my room in the end, the new room had a dirty sink, no vanity products provided, water was also not provided on the 2nd day. Lobby entrance doors were not working on the ground floor. Pillows, mattress and bed sheets were uncomfortable.

Cons:

The staff reception service could be improved. Information within the hotel as to where things were was confusing between the Pullman and Mercure parts of the complex.

Cons:

I don’t like them holding MY deposit money for up to a week. It should be returned to me on departure or immediately after the room has been checked or cleared.
