We would like to inform you of an upcoming renovation project aimed at enhancing the surroundings of our beloved swimming pool.
Beginning on February 12, 2024, we will commence the renovation the swimming pool. The anticipated completion date for this project is February 29, 2024.

The only thing I like room view.
Staff was not so friendly. When we were asking them any query, they were not willing guidevus in better way. It seems they don't know how to give good custmoer experience while talkingbto them.
Politeness of the staff and good Indian food
Service is slow
The room was old and poorly maintained. The walls were damaged and badly needed repainting. The AC was not working properly, and even after multiple complaints, no action was taken by the staff.
The outdoor unit placed near the balcony made excessive noise throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Even the kettle provided in the room was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. Ants were also present in the room, attracted to the packed sugar sachets provided with the tea/coffee amenities.
The bathroom layout was poorly designed as well. The toilet seat was placed at an awkward angle, hitting the bathtub/jacuzzi and causing discomfort while using it.
Housekeeping service was disappointing too — when asked for fresh cups and glasses, the staff refused and told us to wash and reuse them ourselves.
On top of that, the staff behavior was rude and unprofessional. Overall, it was a complete waste of money and a very disappointing stay.
Just the location, its very old and pathetic property
Staff was super rude and dont want to listen anything at all. AC didn’t work even after changing the rooms. Breakfast super pathetic and everything is cold. They will close the AC exact at 10 am even if you are having breakfast. If anything is over they wont do autofill and not much options. Property is old and it looks 25 years old with basic things only.
The pool is fantastic. I was in the Dorms so very good there, Free coffee.
It has a Extremely large Indian clientele.

Amazing hotel in the city center a few minutes from the beach.
Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful roof top swimming pool and sauna with great view of the sea.
I was in the dorm. Free coffe. Pool is great.
There is no lights out time. Some people enter at 1am etc. It happend often making it hard to get a good night sleep.r During my stay I think because of the season the price doubled within
one week. From $10aud to $20. Thats a bit much 100% mark up.
Good
Some girl has stolen a watch and cash of 1000 baht from our room. The staff did not help to take our watch back. Not assisted with any action or police complaint.
Heel fijn zwembad maar niks laten liggen dan is het volgende dag weg en niemand weet iets .
Nogal drukte met groepen ongemanierde India mannen die je vrouw aangapen en zelfs aanspreken en ook soms herrie op de gang van hen .
Heel lekker uitgebreid ontbijt helaas wel vliegen op de cake en deel met vreemd India eten en hun sterke thee maar gelukkig ook kaas en bruin brood en goede koffie en gebakken ei.
