Überraschend,Charmant,fürsorglich,lieb,aufmerksam.Flair,Hülle gebend.....unglaublich schön.
Pros:

Ich bin so überrascht gewesen,über diese Vielfalt an Saunen.
Der Empfang an der Rezeption war aussergewöhnlich lieb und freundlich von dem jungen Mann mit dem Zopf.
Das upgrade war soooo lieb,vom Zimmer.
Eine so aufmerksame Stimmung im ganzen Haus und das Thailändische Esprit noch dazu..Aber besonders möchte ich erwähnen,obwohl Nationalfeiertag war,1.August,wurde die Kultur der Nachtruhe eingehalten,es war ab 22 Uhr sanft und leise,ich war gerührt.DANKE

Locatie is onbetaalbaar, leuk fietsen in de regio

Cons:

Onnodig om bij zo'n luxe hotel huur te vragen voor SUP boards, waar ze zelf twaalf van hebben liggen en overigens niet worden gebruikt.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Das Personal freundlich👍🏻

Cons:

Sämtliche Gläser/Weingläser welche ich an diesen 2 Tagen gebraucht habe waren nicht sauber. Ob beim Frühstück oder am Pool, allesamt dreckig, Kalk, Lippenstiftreste ect.

Ligging, de kamer en faciliteiten

Cons:

Kinderen kunnen tot 10 uur in de wellness ruimte en ook niet overal. Buiten zwembad best klein dus dat was een tegenvaller

Es war toll, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Alle waren nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr fein. Auch die thailändische Suppe ab Mittag und die verschiedenen Tees waren wirklich gut.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, im Zimmer Ablagefläche (für Kleider) zu haben.

Das Hotel inkl. Suite war sehr bedacht und stimmig eingerichtet. Sehr aussergewöhnlicv und harmonisch. Ein tolles, durchdachtes Konzept.

Second visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary , this time with a dog !
Pros:

This is our second visit to the hotel and it again did not disappoint !! Customer service was again first class from check-in through to our departure ! Restaurants provided great food and service and the beach bar some very nice cocktails !!

All in all a most enjoyable stay and we look forward to returning next year to celebrate our wedding anniversary !!
