One of the Most Memorable Hotel Stays We’ve Ever Had
Pros:

We recently stayed at Seerose to celebrate a special occasion, and it was genuinely one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have ever had.

From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we had stepped into another world. The location on the lake is breathtaking, and the entire property feels like a peaceful oasis. The hotel is beautifully designed, with stunning plants and flowers throughout, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and incredibly calming. Every detail feels carefully considered, and everything was immaculate.

We stayed in the Thai Suite, which was simply extraordinary. It was unlike any hotel room we have experienced before. The design, ambiance, and attention to detail made it feel truly special and allowed us to completely switch off from everyday life.

What made this stay exceptional, however, was the people. The level of service was among the best we have ever experienced. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. Throughout our stay, we felt incredibly well looked after, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. The team consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We would especially like to thank Ms. Benesa Kacou. Before our stay, I exchanged many emails with her while planning our visit. I was admittedly a guest with plenty of questions, yet she responded with remarkable patience, kindness, flexibility, and professionalism throughout. Her warmth immediately put me at ease and set the tone for what would become a truly outstanding experience.

The food was excellent, the facilities are stunning, and the overall experience exceeded every expectation we had. What was meant to be a short getaway became a memory we will treasure for a very long time.

Seerose is a truly special place and we would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable escape, whether for a celebration, a romantic getaway, or simply a chance to unwind and recharge. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already looking forward to returning.

Pros:

Standort ist sehr schön die neue Whirlpool Anlage / Anwesenheit von Gastgeber Hr Gysi sehr präsent

Cons:

Sanierungsmassnahmen sollen bald getroffen werden hier und da wenig gepflegt es fehlt ein „Auge“ fürs d letzten schliff! Das wording der Mitarbeiter muss angepasst werden :-(((

Pros:

Le large choix au petit déjeuner, le sauna, et la partie SPA et le personnel.

Cons:

Les matelas étaient trop mous pour nous. On sentait qu'on s'enfonçait au niveau du dos et des fesses (du tronc). On n'a pas très bien dormi. Le personnel nous a proposé de retirer le sur-matelas et c'était un peu mieux même si encore très mou. C'est subjectif et ça peut très bien convenir à d'autres personnes.

Jederzeit wieder sehr gerne und sehr zu empfehlen für wertvolle Auszeit
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr gewählt und harmonisch. Die Lage war ausgezeichnet mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Hallwilersee und Landschaftskulisse. Sehr vielseitigkeit und ausgewählt vom kulinarischen Angeboten her auch gesehen. Der Badeplatz direkt am See ist eine Oase und das Wasser karibisch-schöne und sauber. Ideal gelegen um auch ein paar Schritte dem Ufer entlang zu gehen und zu geniessen.

Cons:

Müsste suchen und finde nichts.

Wonderful break
Pros:

Splendid views on lake Hallwil. Very well designed rooms, Excellent service. Very varied breakfast buffet. Spa and further offers like Thai massage worthwhile to try out.
A couple of days here, give back your inner peace.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war super freundlich, das Frühstück war Top mit allem was man sich so wünschen kann. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen uns hat es an nichts gefehlt…Top Checkoutzeiten bis 12 Uhr und die Nutzung des Spa‘s bis 14 Uhr … das fanden wir super!

Cons:

wenn man etwas sucht, dass es zu bemängeln gäbe, dann dass wir uns vorstellen können, dass der Wellnessbereich bei stärkerem Besuch recht schnell zu klein sein kann. Es ist baulich besonders und der Indoorpool ist so verbaut, dass schwimmen herausfordernd wird, wenn mehr als zwei Menschen das Bedürfnis haben ihre Bahnen zu ziehen….und auch das Essen in den dazugehörigen Restaurants ist zumindest preislich schon im oberen Preissegment… ob das ein Schweizerphänomen ist…. Möglicherweise

Endroit super mais quelques détails à améliorer.
Pros:

Chambre grande, très cosy et confortable. L'endroit est magnifique avec vue sur le lac. Chambre très tranquille.
Personnel souriant et professionnel.

Cons:

La qualité des plats. Nous avons pris le mythique "émincé à la zurichoise". Temps d'attente important (beaucoup de monde) Inmanageable car trop salé. On nous a bien proposé de le refaire mais vu que l'on avait déjà attendu 1,5 heure pour le recevoir, on a mangé à la fin la salade et le dessert (40 francs le plat!). Par contre personnel gentil.
Cerise sur le gâteau: en rentrant se coucher, j'ai voulu abaisser les stores électriques, mais un s'est bloqué et mis en travers, avec en plus un partie du volet qui est tombée, si bien que la nuit a été courte car réveillé par le jour levant (soleil) à 5.00 du matin.
Le problème a été signalé lors du check out mais pas de réaction spéciale. Une nuit à 640.00 pour 6 heures de sommeil.

Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sensationell und das Essen im Thairestaurant ebenfalls hervorragend.

Cons:

Kein Haarföhn im Zimmer. Abfall und leere Gläser bei den Liegen. Bestellservice hat nicht funktioniert.

Ich war schon viele Male in der Seerose auch geschäftlich, es ist nicht mehr das gleiche....
Pros:

Lage direkt am See, Anlage insgesamt sehr ansprechend, Zimmer ok. aber Preis-/Leistung stimmt nicht

Cons:

Bett viel zu weich, "durchgelegen"
Bedienung im Restaurant Seerose wenig geschult
Gemischter Menusalat sehr klein -- CHF 16.- --> Preis-/Leistung stimmt da nicht
