Pros:

Da atenção dos funcionários. Quando passei pelo MAL DA MONTANHA, os funcionários prontamente buscaram o cilindo de oxígeno e me ajudaram para que eu pudesse respirar melhor.
O café da manhã é maravilhoso, destaque para o croissant e para as frutas. É tudo bem variado e muito gostoso. Ah! Tem uma estação para preparação de omelete, ovos fritos e ovos mexidos, na hora!!!!

Nous avons été pris dedans haut car nous voyagions avec des sacs à dos.
J'ai réservé sur Booking pour 3 adultes et un ado, et notre chambre ne comportait que trois lits. Aucuns accommodements de la part de l'établissement.
Leur ascenseur était en panne, on nous promet une bouteille d'eau par personne dans la chambre, Ok . Arrivé dans la chambre, aucune bouteilles d'eau.
Je repart à la réception pour demander ce qu'il en était de l'eau.... on vous les donnera demain , jamais eu les bouteilles d'eau....
Pour moi c'est un établissement qui veut se la jouer au de gamme , mais qui ne suis pas derrière..... dommage car j'avais pris cet hotel pour avoir un standing plus haut durant mon voyage et finalement au lieu de passer un bon moment dans cet endroit , au demeurant tres charmant, j'ai eu de l'énervement et de la déception.... Dommage.

Excelente ubicación y muy buena atención, habitación muy cómoda.
Pros:

Fuimos un grupo familiar de 4 personas y la habitación fue muy cómoda. El desayuno buffet excelente y la atención del personal fue muy agradable en especial de un mesero que nos atendió como a las 5 AM ¡Volveremos!

Cons:

We had a room facing the plaza which was quite loud, and our window was a bit faulty so was letting more sound in. The staff weren’t very helpful when we asked about the window.

Colazione ottima a buffet, posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Cusco, staff cordiale, ci hanno permesso di fare il chek in anticipato della camera e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli durante l’escursione di due giorni per Machu Pichu

Cons:

Se vi trovate nelle camere intorno al chiostro potrebbe esserci un po di chiasso alla sera ma per il resto nulla da segnalare tutto perfetto!
