Muito próximo a duas estações de metrô, bons locais para comer nas proximidades

Elevador só cabe uma pessoa e vai até o quarto andar apenas. Ar condicionado não estava funcionando e “sem previsão de concerto”, um desrespeito ao cliente no calor que estava em Paris, sendo que no anúncio consta ar condicionado no quarto. Aos redores do hotel tem muitos moradores de rua e pessoas intoxicadas, fiquei com medo de andar principalmente á noite e não havia outro caminho possível, me senti muito insegura.

Excellent staff and good location

Cons:

Everything else was poor. Air conditioning was down for 3 nights during our stay. Small poorly ventilated room with very small pathetic fans made our stay horrible. We were family of 5 and had 3 rooms but really struggled with hot rooms which were not only very small but always had strong insecticide smell. Not pleasant at all.

Il était indiqué que l’hôtel disposait de la climatisation or la climatisation dans notre chambre ne fonctionnait pas quand on l’a indiqué on nous a prêté un simple petit ventilateur, nous n’avons pas pu dormir à cause de la chaleur. On nous a indiqué que la climatisation s’était aléatoire selon les chambres.

Cons:

Chambre réservée avec climatisation indiquée dans les équipements sur Booking. À l’arrivée, la réception m’annonce que la clim est hors service et me remet un petit ventilateur d’appoint. La chambre est mansardée, sous les combles, en pleine période de forte chaleur : température difficilement supportable, jour et nuit. J’ai signalé le problème dès le premier jour ; on m’a répondu qu’un technicien passerait « peut-être » le lendemain personne n’est venu. Seule compensation proposée : une commande offerte, sans rapport avec les 330€ payés plein tarif pour le séjour. L’état général confirme le manque d’entretien : papier peint qui se décolle, bas de porte endommagé, cabine de douche abîmée. Vendre une chambre comme climatisée avec un équipement hors service connu, sans solution pendant tout le séjour, n’est pas au niveau d’un 3 étoiles. Vérifiez l’étage et l’état réel de la chambre avant de réserver en été.

Great location in a buzzing area and very close to the Metro.

Cons:

The room was very small, with a broken drawer in the bathroom and a broken hairdryer. Breakfast was very basic and the hotel had run out of bread at breakfast and had no water to sell.
