Cet hôtel se prétend 3 étoiles il n en vaut même pas 1.
En premier petite chambre , matelas trop mou, décoration meuble de récupération!
La douche vétusté, il faut patienter 10 mn pour avoir de l eau chaude, douche au dessus de votre tête avec aucune puissance, pas évident de se doucher correctement.tv satellite mais que chaines italiennes. Climatisation, on ne la sent même pas ! Système de store qui devrait être classé historique!
Parking en plein air payant et même pas surveillé Et pour finir bruyant et très cher!!!
Je jeune homme à l' accueil parcontre était sympathique.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il mare, sia lidi privati che spiagge libere attrezzate. Non abbiamo fatto colazione l'hotel non è dotato di parcheggio

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza all’Hotel Provenza è stata molto deludente, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la struttura e i servizi.
Il personale è stato invece eccezionale: gentile, disponibile e molto accogliente, ed è sicuramente l’aspetto migliore dell’hotel.
Per il resto, la struttura appare decisamente datata e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione e di una maggiore cura dei dettagli. Nella nostra camera, ad esempio, non c’era neanche un gancio per poter stendere un costume o un asciugamano e abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci utilizzando due sedie. Inoltre, non abbiamo trovato il frigobar, nonostante sia indicato tra i servizi della struttura.
Considerando che si tratta di un hotel classificato 3 stelle, ci aspettavamo un livello di comfort e manutenzione superiore.
Peccato, perché la posizione è comoda e il personale merita davvero un elogio. Con una ristrutturazione e una maggiore attenzione ai servizi, l'hotel potrebbe sicuramente offrire un'esperienza molto migliore.
Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, accurato e attento alle necessità soprattutto per la nostra cagnolina
