In camera non funzionava l aria condizionata. All' arrivo in struttura faceva molto caldo in camera. Ho chiesto un cambio camera e mi è stato negato perché la camera era già stata assegnata o cmq nn ce n erano di libere... La signora alla reception mi ha detto che avrebbe contattato il tecnico per la riparazione. Al rientro di sera l aria condizionata non risultava in ogni caso efficiente perché non raffreddava. In ogni caso la temperatura era decisamente più bassa rispetto all'arrivo e non è stato più un problema... All'arrivo in struttura mi è stato richiesto il supplemento di 15 euro per il cagnolino che avevamo portato. In sede di prenotazione però occorrerebbe indicare anche l 'importo del supplemento e non chiederlo solo all' arrivo.

No frigo bar anche se elencato tra i servizi offerti (che poi abbiamo ricevuto il giorno dopo dietro nostra richiesta)

Camere ed ambienti vari datati e maleodoranti.. c'è bisogno di una "rinfrescata"
