Pros:

Lokacija blizu centra mesta.

Cons:

Slabo parkirno mesto. Majhna in temačna šoba. Smrad po cigareti skozi odprta balkonska vrata in po hodniku hotela. Strežno osebje ni dovolj hitro in sproti dopolnjeval ponujene hrane in potrebno je bilo posebej prositi za določene stvari(kruh, jajca, toplo vodo za čaj, ni bilo črnega čaja...)

Empfehlenswertes Stadthotel mit free Parking und Dachpool
Pros:

Lage zentral in zweiter Reihe. Komfortables Stadthotel. Sehr nette Angestellte (Rezeption, Bar, Frühstücksbuffet). Sehr gutes Frühstück mit reichlicher Auswahl und gutem Kaffee (Kaffeeautomat mit verschiedenen Sorten). Kostenfreier Parkplatz in Tiefgarage dem Hotel gegenüber. Ebenfalls gegenüber auf dem Dach dieses Gebäudes schöner Pool mit Blich über die Dächer der Stadt.

Cons:

Nachts ziemlich laut von der Stadt obwohl Hotel in zweiter Reihe zur Hauptstraße liegt. Ursache unbekannt - wir waren auch nur eine Nacht da, vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech...
Die Säfte zum Frühstück (das ansonsten sehr gut war) sind einfach nur "Zuckerwasser" - hier könnte man noch nachbessern...
Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Pros:

Great location right in the center, but still a quiet street. The pool is pleasant (great view from the pool). Good breakfast, sometimes some items were missing we had to ask the staff.

Cons:

Only one lift and very small. The best times of the hotel ar gone (but still very comfortable for the price)

Nu are 4 stele !
Pros:

Nu stiu de ce este cotat ca hotel de 4 stele ca nu are mai mult de 2, este exact hotelul din timpul comunismului, nici o imbunatatire, totul este vechi si miroase a vechi. Curatenie este, nu avem ce reprosa. Dar totusi este destul de scump pentru o noapte avand in vedere conditiile .Ca si amplasament este in centrul orasului, sunt multe restaurante in jur, si o parcare privata cu plata doar cash.

Cons:

- mobilier extrem de vechi, ar trebui renovare generala
- micul dejun extrem de modest,la ora 8:30 era totul gol, foarte foarte greu se face refill, am asteptat 20 min sa aduca farfuria cu cascaval si alte minute bune sa inlocuiasca salamul
-n am mancat nicaeri pe unde am fost oua fierte reci de la frigider !
-painea veche si tare
-omleta la un loc cu carnatii amestecate
-gemul si sucul de la dozator de slaba calitate
-micul dejun practic il iei in receptia hotelului, n am vazut nicaieri asa ceva

Am plecat cu un gust amar si flamanzi din pacate si cu 20 de euro platiti la parcare , pentru ca nu puteam parca masina de bagaje pe strazile acelea unde sunt si cluburi, si strazi in panta laturalnice slab iluminate

Definitely not a 4 **** hotel. More like 2.5/3 star in reality. Avoid room 507 due to bad smells and the noise.
Pros:

The location overlooking the Asen Dynasty monument and offering panoramic views of the town. We could watch the ‘Light and Sound’ show in the distance at the Tzarevetz fortress when darkness fell. The small pool on the rooftop of the neighbouring building looks nice but we didn’t use it. Nice breakfast in the lobby.

Cons:

We had a panorama view room on the top 5th floor which had a strong stale musty smell that wouldn’t go even after opening all windows. Probably coming from the roof above or through the central air conditioning system. The main unit must have been just above our room as it was very, very noisy. Constant laud whirl that didn’t stop ever for a minute during our stay.

Cons:

Готель без нормальної парковки не може називатися Прем'єр. Не було надано паркомісце яке є в списку послуг Не булоWI-Fi .Не рекомендую цей готель для мандрівників автомобілем.
