Great location, excellent staff and a fantastic room with a kitchen and laundry, would happily stay
Pros:

The room was amazing, plenty of space and it even had a small kitchen and laundry facilities, which made a big difference. Staff were excellent throughout, and the location is great for getting around the city on foot.

Cons:

Nothing really. I had to park offsite because of roadworks in the area, but I was told about that before I arrived so it was easy enough to plan around.

Great place, unfortunate event
Pros:

Facilities and location are excellent.
My questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.

Cons:

The only thing that made the stay underwhelming was being woken up by a false fire alarm at 1am and the whole hotel evacuated to be let back in an hour or so later without any interaction with staff, no apology nothing

Great location however apartments need to be better maintained for people to have a memorable experience.
Pros:

The location is great & the reception staff were friendly & helpful. We’ve been going to this hotel for over 30 years.

Cons:

The room wasn’t ready until 2.45pm, it was very tired looking, stains on living room carpet, one towel missing, no remotes for tvs, no ironing board, basic kitchenware & coffee/tea not filled up. It’s never been like this, we’ve always had a great experience. This apartment has not been maintained & there was no atmosphere or comfort. It definitely needs a renovation done.
