広くて心地よい雰囲気でくつろげる
Pros:

スタッフが親切でフレンドリー。
歴史的な建物で館内の雰囲気が良く、部屋がとても広い。
ロケーションが最高で、どこへでも歩いて行ける。
中心部にあるのに外は騒がしくなく、良く眠れた。

Cons:

We will not stay again
Cons:

The first room on 5th. floor had no internet working. One light in bathroom didn't work, the bed side lamp shades were broken, and the general condition was more like a 2 star than 4 star. We were moved to a better room on the 2nd. floor. The internet worked - albeit slowly. One light by bed didn't work, and I went to reception to find a replacement bulb as the two employees whom I had informed couldn't be bothered to replace it. This hotel is badly managed based on our experience. We have stayed many times over a few years, and each time the standard seems lower. I complained about the internet a year or so ago, and the reply was that the internet is complimentary so it sometimes does and sometimes not. That answer sums up the management to me. We have stayed on small islands in the middle of the Pacific, and the internet works much faster. This hotel is in the middle of Brisbane City! They cannot be bothered. We will not stay here again.

Great location. Older style rooms.
Pros:

Good sized living area. Great shower pressure. Excellent location. Good cafe out front. Reasonably quiet.

Cons:

Old TVs without apps or casting. No TV remote in the bedroom. Instructions on parking before we arrived would have been very useful - had to call up to find out. Older style.

Great location and beautiful rooms
Pros:

Appartment was lovely but no working phone, no mini bar wine or any wine available from room service.
Beautiful bathrooms but no foot towels.

Cons:

There was no parking just shopping centre parking.
I asked for two single beds in one bedroom, confirmed over the phone before the stay but only king and queen beds available so my friends had to share. Was told they can never set up single beds.
If I stayed again I would make sure I had everything they are missing.

Delightful property ideally located in the city within easy walking distance to the Mall, ferry services, Central Statio
Pros:

Location & the charm of an older property

Cons:

There are 2 sets of internal stairs in the unit. While both are only 3 or 4 steps (can’t remember) they were carpeted & without hand rails. For anyone who’s a little unsteady on their feet (as I am) or who has even minor mobility issues, they are a bit daunting, particularly given one set leads from bedroom to toilet/bathroom.

Pros:

Excellent location one street over from the Queen St Mall.
Huge rooms in a heritage building. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the walk in shower. The room was super quiet with blackout curtains which made it easy to sleep well.

Cons:

The internet connection was very intermitent and dropped frequently. I was informed of this when I enquired about the login/password details but thought I would give it a try.

Pros:

I personally really like this old hotel, it is quiet and the beds are comfortable, plentiful hot water and excellent location.

Cons:

I have stayed here 4 times and the wifi just didn’t ever work, needs attention. In numerous rooms a/c panels don’t allow good range of heating

Dont do it!
Cons:

Completely disappointed and your profile was misleading . I booked after an hour of reading different profiles and reviews. Seeking something nice with a friend. Has to say major construction on the ad.. Eg cutting wet cement loud…and not being funny offer ear plugs. Dont advertise parking when you don’t have it! Parking solution is not a good one Eg call in to reception first, as there is nowhere to pull in and you have to then do a full lap to get back to the parking.
