Close to everything and everything is within walking distance, even across the river.

Cons:

The bathroom had some mould, and the paint was peeling. ceiling. You could also see that some mould in the main room ceilings was attempted at being removed but was still visible.

The receptionist very helpful ,wonderful service

Cons:

When they stuffed us around give the hotel room but not finish yet and someone cleaning with her plastic garments like in the hospital, first day aircon not working people come and fix it

Pros:

The room was great - clean, spacious and had everything I needed.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location can't be beat!

I am recovering from injury and never felt uncomfortable or unable to access anything

Cons:

Hot water was a little inconsistent and toilet was very close to the wall - it was still usable but a little cramped

Have stayed here a few times, convenient position in the city, clean & spacious
Pros:

Excellent location, check in was easy, room was comfortable & spacious

Cons:

Reported some blown lights in our room but they were not fixed while we were there. Lighting was dim in the bathroom for doing makeup, could do with some strip lighting near mirror.

Royal Albert Hotel, fabulous location, gorgeous historical building and very clean & comfortable!
Pros:

We loved our stay at the Royal Albert, great location, Cafe Mondial downstairs was amazing, close to everything with great public transport options. Our 1 bedroom apartment was great and very comfy bed.

Cons:

Aircon was loud not sure much can be done about that though, otherwise nothing else, would stay again.

Pros:

Old world charm. Delightful staff. Exceptionally clean. Close proximity to everything.

Expected it to be a bit musty and old. So pleasantly surprised. Could have stayed a month instead of just overnight.

Great location, everything on your doorstep.

Cons:

Suite is looking a bit tired and dated. Wrong information given by reception staff regarding parking in the nearby Uptown Car Park which luckily was corrected by another staff member.
