Pros:

Fantástica atención en la recepción, muy amables, correctos y simpáticos, nos indicaron perfectamente las mejores opciones para visitar Tours y nos ayudaron a preparar la siguiente etapa del viaje.

Cons:

A pesar de que no hay ascensor en el hotel (lo anuncian al principio en las características del hotel) el alojamiento no tuvo ningún problema, estaba decorado con muchísimo gusto y estilo, es fantástico y se debe recomendar siempre.

Pros:

Proprios adorables, nous nous sommes trompés sur la date de la réservation et nous nous en sommes rendus compte lorsqu'ils nous ont appelé le jour supposé de notre venue!! Ils ont été super arrangeants et nous les remercions encore pour cela. L'hotel est tres bien placé, plein de petits restos à coté, plutot facile de se garer dans les rues autour. Tout était parfait, encore merci !

Eclectic, quirky hotel. Great decor and fab owners. Super helpful. Catered for bikes. Good brekkie. Problem with a/c in room, advised in advance and upgraded at no extra cost. Thankyou!
