Nooit meer boeken.

De locatie.

Cons:

Absoluut niet 4* waardig. Bij aankomst geen receptie ivm pauze????
Geen bar, geen restaurant. Het restaurant wordt niet uitgebaat door het hotel maar pas bij boeking krijg je per mail te horen dat het restaurant gesloten is.ondanks dat het restaurant niks met het hotel van doen heeft. Raar???

Pros:

Frühstück aussergewöhnliches Buffet sehr fein und speziell, Unterkunft sehr sauber , schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliche Dame am Empfang

Cons:

Die Bedienung beim Frühstück war sehr unfreundlich, schade dass es keine Ladestation für E-Autos gibt

Pros:

Frühstück, ein Traum! Die Lage zum See (Top Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See), kurzer Weg nach Meersburg. Ruhe in der Nacht. Sehr freundliches und bei Bedarf hilfreiches Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber, groß und gut ausgestattet.
Sehr angenehm, dass im Hotel nicht geraucht wird.

Cons:

Bei den immer heißer werdenden Tagen im Sommer wäre ein kleiner Kühlschrank in den Zimmern wünschenswert.
Auch die Matratzen werden älter und sollten gelegentlich erneuert werden.

Pros:

Tout ce qui touchait la restauration (petit-déjeuner et repas du soir exceptionnels), vue sur le lac, l'emplacement de l'hôtel (une fois que nous avons réussi à le trouver!)

Cons:

Prix beaucoup, mais alors vraiment beaucoup, trop élevé, chambre petite, aucun mini-bar, un ventilateur et une TV qui ne fonctionnaient pas (mais changé/réparé le deuxième jour après réclamation), fumeurs, passez votre chemin! Aucun endroit pour s'adonner à notre "vice", même pas sur notre balcon privé! Total interdiction dans tout l'hôtel. Manque d'indication de l'hôtel à la croisée des routes.

Hôtel de rêves
Pros:

L'emplacement bien situé, accueil très chaleureux, personnel au top, magnifique suite, facilité d'accès au parking, et surtout un excellent petit-déjeuner raffiné et copieux.

Tolle Lage man ist gleich in der Fussgängerzone
Ein tolles Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum mit sehr vielen ausgefallen Speisen und so liebevoll hergerichtet...ein Traum
Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Pros:

Dejlig udsigt fra værelset over søen. Morgenmad var ok, ikke overdådig. Værelset var rent og pænt. Og personale venlige og imødekommende. Kort afstand til fantastiske Meersburg.

Cons:

Jeg synes det er for dyrt - stedet matcher slet ikke prisen.

Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage - mit Verbesserungspotenzial!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend! Die Aufteilung des Zimmers, war gut, der Balkon, bei Deluxe Zimmer, war ausreichend groß, mit Sitz- und Liegenausstattung!
Die Lage war ausgezeichnet, direkt gegenüber der Meersburg-Therme, mit Nutzung des Freibades und des Bodenseezuganges! Die Nutzung einer geschlossenen Garage, muß aber vorher gebucht werden!
Promenade in 5 Minuten erreichbar - sehr gut!!

Cons:

Es fehlte die Klimaanlage, ein Kühlschrank für Getränke, der angeforderte Eiskühlbehälter wurde nur nach mehrmaliger Anfrage bereitgestellt, damit man Getränke etwas kühlen konnte, war aber nicht ausreichend!
Bei den Doppelsteckdosen funktionierte nur immer je eine, so daß es schwierig war, den transportablen, kleinen Ventilator entsprechend zu plazieren!Das Badezimmer war klein, kein Außenfenster zur Belüftung, entspricht nicht einem Deluxe-Zimmer!
