Wat een leuke sfeer hier met wat aandachtspunten.
Pros:

Sfeer en personeel geweldig!

Cons:

Verouderde badkamer, handdoekrek los, wcrolhouder los, hier en daar wat schimmel. " Beachbar" heeft slecht personeel, beperkte kaart, veel te duur en slechte kwaliteit eten.

ich würde sofort wieder Buchen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es hatte Früchte, Käse, Wurst, Eier und Baguettes :-) Wir konnten sogar gratis unsere Wasserflaschen auffüllen!

Cons:

Es ist etwas ausserhalb der Stadt. Man benötigt ein Auto oder Taxi für in die Stadt zu fahren.

Indrukwekkend en mooie omgeving
Pros:

Indrukwekkend chateau. Mooie ruime kamer. Schoon en goed georganiseerd. Drinken zelf pakken en noteren op briefje. Afrekenen bij vertrek. Lekkere loungeset buiten waar je ff drankje kan doen. Naast hotel een loungetuin waar je wat kunt eten ( eenvoudig) en drinken. Hoort niet bij hotel overigens. Was helaas maandags dicht. Andere avond wel gebruik van gemaakt.

Cons:

Geen dinermogelijkheden hotel.

Heel aangenaam, gezellig en een goede start van onze vakantie.
Pros:

De absolute vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Niets was teveel. Ze wilden zelf mijn bagage naar boven dragen. Ook aan het ontbijt weer alles heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Misschien wel op voorhand meegeven dat er geen lift is? Voor ons ging dit nog, maar misschien binnen enkele jaartjes ;-)

A glorious stop over at this fabulous Chateau.
Pros:

A beautiful stop over on our way to Italy. I couldn’t fault anything and the pop up restaurant in the grounds was great, despite the exceptionally hot weather. I want to come back and stay for longer.

Nothing, everything was fabulous.

Der Service beim Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Zu wenig Personal, eine Servicekraft war für das Nachfüllen am Buffet zuständig, für das Aufdecken, als auch für kleine Putzarbeiten. Es war keine Abfallbox am Tisch eingedeckt vorhanden. Außerdem wurden während dem Essen die bereits benutzten Gedecke nicht abgeräumt, dafür waren die Frühstückstische zu klein. Eine einzige Servicekraft war hier überfordert. Gäste mussten viel Geduld mitbringen.

Schön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel außerhalb von Straßburg.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig in einem großen Park. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude „Le
Chalet“ im 1. OG mit Blick auf die Frühstücksterrasse.
Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage, kleiner Tisch
mit 2 Stühlen, eine Minibar). Trotz der enormen Hitze Ende Juni 2026 (38°C) haben wir dank der leisen Klimaanlage hier sehr gut geschlafen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Es gab u.a. verschiedene Käsesorten und Aufschnitt, frisches Obst, Cerealien für Müslis, Joghurt, Baguettes, Croissants, guten Kaffee und Tee. Wir haben hier nichts vermisst.

Das deutschsprachige Personal an der Rezeption war äußert freundlich, stets hilfsbereit und hat uns mit allen nötigen Informationen versorgt.

Sehr gut hat uns auch der kostenlose Parkplatz am Hotel mit seiner guten Ausstattung an E-Ladestationen gefallen. Angenehm überrascht waren wir über die unkomplizierte und praktische Rechnungsabwicklung für den Ladevorgang. Für die Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes
wurde uns eine konkrete Wallbox mit Ladekarte zugewiesen. Hierfür haben wir einmalig einen Betrag von 20 Euro entrichtet und konnten während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes jederzeit laden.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel können wir guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Das Europaparlament sowie die Innenstadt von Straßburg erreicht man sehr gut mit der Tram. Allerdings ist die Haltestelle ca. 2,6 km entfernt, verfügt aber über einen Park & Ride
Parkplatz. Das Tagesticket kostet 4,20 Euro und ist gleichzeitig das Tagesticket für die Tram für alle Mitfahrende. Gezahlt wird die Gebühr vor dem Verlassen des Parkplatzes.
