Eine wundervolle Auszeit voller Liebe zum Detail

Eine Unterkunft wie im Märchen
Pros:

Gut gefallen hat die Lage des Hotels in einem tollen Park. Am Hotel waren viele und kostenlose Parkplätze, auch für etwas größere PKW vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, höflich und verbindlich. Das Frühstück war, insbesondere die Backwaren und die Käsespezialitäten, sehr gut und auch ein wenig außergewöhnlich. Gastronomie befindet sich mit Biergarten und Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel. Zur Innenstadt kommt man gut ohne Auto mit der Strassenbahn. Von der Haltestelle Melanie, Fußweg dorthin ca..15 Minuten, fährt man ca. 12 Minuten mit der Bahn. Der Einzelfahrschein kostet 2,10 Euro.

Beautiful chateau, comfortable rooms, loved our stay.
Pros:

Really loved this chateau, stunning as you arrive, rooms are traditional & old but so comfortable, we had great nights sleep. Although no AC room has fan & this was sufficient. Onsite parking was great. The staff was brilliant. We drove to a park & ride a few minutes down the road & got on a tram into city, so easy & great value as the parking ticket included return tram ride.

Cons:

Nothing, maybe not having AC but the fan helped.

Espectácular
Pros:

El alojamiento es una pasada. Está en un entorno precioso. Del centro de Estrasburgo solo a 15 min en coche. Las instalaciones cuidadas. Superó nuestras expectativas con creces. El personal muy amable. Una de las chicas hablaba Español. Repetiremos.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. Por decir algo, desayuno un poco escaso. Pero tiene lo necesario.

Нас поселили не в замке, а в современной пристройке. Я при бронировании не знала, что «шале» - это просто современная пристройка, не имеющая отношения к историческому объекту, который был моей главной целью.

Pros:

La chambre était très spacieuse avec une belle vue sur un parc. La salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner est particulièrement jolie et le déjeuner très bon.

Cons:

l’escalier pour se rendre aux chambres est abrupt et un peu en colimaçon, ce qui rend difficile la montée des valises. Aucun ascenseur ou proposition pour nous aider à monter les bagages.

Hotel je na zelo lepi lokaciji
Pros:

Lokacija je zelo lepa in zunanjost hotela je impresivna. Osebje je bilo prijazno.

Cons:

Da težko prtljago vlečeš po kamenčkih in ti pri tem ne pomaga osebje, prav tako da to težko prtljago neseš sam po zelo ozkih stopnicah v višje nadstropje in seveda potem tudi dol.
