Überraschend positiver und beeindruckender Aufenthalt in einem altehrwürdigen Schloss
Pros:

Tolles geräumiges modernes Zimmer mit grosszügiger Dusche/Badezimmer. Ruhige Lage in einer schönen grossen Parkanlage. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen verschiedenen Leckerbissen.

Cons:

Die Organisation des Frühstücks ist verbesserungswürdig. Zu viele eng beieinander stehende Tische und immer wieder leere Schüsseln/Platten (Fleisch, Käse, Rührei, Speck, Brot, Fruchtsalat uuu.). Hat man das Servicepersonal drauf aufmerksam gemacht, war dieses sehr bemüht und hat sofort gehandelt. Dies sollte jedoch nicht notwendig sein und der Nachschub sollte eigenständig und permanent erfolgen, sodass jederzeit alles was angeboten wird auch vorhanden ist. Für den Abfall (Eierschalen, Butterpapier etc.) sollte ein Behälter auf dem Tisch stehen. Auch die Verfügbarkeit von Salz auf jedem Tisch wäre wünschenswert.

Μένω πολλά χρόνια στο Chateau de Pourtales και πάντα είναι υπέροχα.
Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό, το πρωϊνό πλούσιο και με ποιοτικά προϊόντα, τα δωμάτια άνετα και πεντακάθαρα. Το κατάλυμα έχει κοινόχρηστη καφετιέρα όπου κάνεις καφέ οποία στιγμή θέλεις.
Βρίσκεται σε μια υπέροχη τοποθεσία στην άκρη της πόλης αλλά και στην άκρη ενός καταπληκτικού δάσους όπου δε χορταίνεις να κάνεις περιπάτους και σπορ.

Pros:

Schitterend gelegen kasteel te midden van prachtig park. Maar een paar kilometer met de auto naar de P&R Boecklin en daar met de tram of bus naar het centrum van Straatsburg. Ontbijt zeer verzorgd. Kom er zeker terug.
