Important information:

Please note that on the day of arrival before the check-in time and on the day of departure after the check-out time the Spa area can be accessed at an additional cost. Please note that the property does not accept third party vouchers.

Please note that the hotel is undergoing a complete renovation. Most restaurants, bars and the lobby are now complete, but there are ongoing works in the spa and some rooms.

Please note that the outdoor adventure pool will be closed from 17th October 2022 to 31th March 2023.

We would like to inform you, that due to mandatory maintenance works required by the authorities the great adventure pool is between the 4th and 7th of December out of order. The other (small) adventure pool is between the 29th of November and 1st of December out of order. The swimming pool is between the 11th and 14th of December out of order.
Of course, the other pools and the Sauna World are in service.

Szálloda szép helyen, jó wellness részleggel, csak a személyzet nem túl kedves

Ár-érték arányban ez egy jó szálloda is lehetne, de sajnos az, hogy a szálloda gyönyörű környezetben van és óriási a wellness részlege nem kompenzálja a személyzet alkalmatlanságát és hozzáállását a vendégekhez. Pozitív, hogy óriási parkoló van, ami ingyenes. A wellness részleg kisgyerekek számára is jó szórakozást nyújt. A hosszú hétvégén voltak érdekes programok is.

Cons:

Ár-érték arányban ez egy jó szálloda is lehetne, de sajnos az, hogy a szálloda gyönyörű környezetben van és óriási a wellness részlege nem kompenzálja a személyzet alkalmatlanságát és hozzáállását a vendégekhez. Folyamatosan úgy viselkednek, mintha ők tennének szívességet azzal, hogy kiszolgálnak. A szoba minősége átlagos, viszont a szobába minden zaj behallatszik mindenhonnan, mind a szomszéd szobából mind a folyosóról, mind az udvarról, ami nem túl pihentető. Az ételeket is inkább átlagosnak mondanám, mint finomnak. Az nem lenne probléma, hogy nem túl nagy a választék, viszont csak egy sorban vannak kitéve főételek, ezért folyamatosan sorba kell állni, ezt még más szállodában nem tapasztaltuk. Az étkeztetés 2 idősávban zajlik, ami szintén nem túl vendégbarát. Ami még bosszantó, az az osztrák vendégek udvariatlan viselkedése, akik királyoknak képzelik itt magukat és konkrétan félrelökik a magyar vendégeket..És a felszolgálók sem magyarok, mivel mi beszélünk angolul ez nem volt gond, na de ha nem tudnánk? Pozitív, hogy óriási parkoló van, ami ingyenes. A wellness részleg kisgyerekek számára is jó szórakozást nyújt. A hosszú hétvégén voltak érdekes programok is. A masszázs is inkább közepes, mint kiemelkedő. A kijelentkezésnél a recepciónál fél órát vártunk és mire sorra kerültünk, a recepciós hölgy közölte, hogy neki most el kell mennie, álljunk át a másik sorba, ami egy 3 éves gyermekkel újabb félóra várakozást jelentett volna. Amikor kifejeztem nem tetszésemet, még ő volt megsértődve, elég furcsa hozzáállás a szolgáltatóiparban.

Personal überall super bis auf die Mitarbeiter an der Bar.

Leider ist die Auswahl an käse beim Abendessen sehr dürftig und immer der gleiche. An der Snackbar im Wellnessbereich ist leider auch überhaupt keine Abwechslung an Snacks . Und für einen kleinen alkoholfreien Cocktail wo genau Sprite und ein Schuss Himbeersirup 2200 Forint zu verlangen ist schon heftig.

Vcelku sme boli spokojní, určite sa sem ešte vrátime.
Pros:

Raňajky a večere boli veľmi pestré a kvalitné.

Cons:

V hoteli bolo príliš veľa malých detí, čím miesto bolo hlučné. V tomto type hotela sme to nečakali.

Een heel tof hotel met veel mogelijkheden
Pros:

De hele site is gerenoveerd, alles is pico bello, proper. De golfbaan is ook mooi om aan te zien. er is uitgebreid wellness, alles netjes verzorgd. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Dat er diner wordt aangeboden vonden wij heel aangenaam, aangezien in de directe omgeving van het hotel geen enkel restaurant te vinden is.
De kamers zijn ruim, proper, bedden slapen goed, kussens zijn zeer goed. De stilte in de kamer en de uitzicht op de golfbaan was een pluspunt. De airco werkte in de ene kamer prima, in de andere hebben wij het raam open gezet (er was een vliegenraam!) en dat werkte ook goed genoeg. We hebben ook de bowlingbaan gehuurd voor een uurtje, ook een leuk extraatje. Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader in Bükfürdô.

Cons:

Ik miste haarbalsem en bodylotion in de badkamer en badpantoffels (deze kon men op vraag bij de receptie afhalen).

Lehetne jobb.
Pros:

Szépen karbantartott környezet. Kedves személyzet.

Cons:

Szívesen láttunk volna a szobában nescafet is, ha már volt vízforraló. Minibárban nagyobb választék is jó lett volna, valamint a fürdőszobából hiányoltuk a testápolót. A zuhanyzó lefolyó fém része elmozdult, ami alól nagy mennyiségű kosz mosódott a zuhanytálcába, ami kimondottan kiábrándító volt. A zuhanyzó falán és a kézmosónál szintén a lefolyóból apró repülő csatornabogarak voltak. Nem túl gusztusos. Az udvari grillbárban félig nyers húst és krumplit kaptunk.

Sehr angenehmer Familienurlaub in Kombination mit Golf.
Pros:

Viele Möglichkeiten für Jung und Alt. Auch der Golfplatz ist durchaus sehr gut. Die Abendunterhaltung ist vielfältig. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und freundlich!

Cons:

Die Qualität mancher Speisen vom Buffet war nicht gerade überwältigend. Aber das ist Geschmacksache. Die Auswahl war sehr gut.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Golfhotel, modern, sehr sauber und hervorragendes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücks- und Abendbufett. Absolut empfehlenswert. Saunaaufgüsse sind spektakulär und immer ein besonderes Erlebnis vom Saunameister.
