Zeer slecht.
Cons:

Wij hadden een erg slechte ervaring. Veel dingen waren kapot of defect. En als klap op de vuurpijl werden we smorgen alle 8 wakker met pijnlijke brandende en dikke ogen. Dit zakte bij de meeste dezelfde of de volgende dag af. Dit had echt te maken met de accommodatie. Klacht ingediend via booking.com maar tot op heden geen reactie van het hotel.

Gli consumavamo l acqua che poverta!!!

La posizione rispetto ai parchi e' perfetta

Cons:

Durante la colazione del mattino abbiamo riempito con l erogatore dell acqua una bottiglia per la giornata al parco come facciamo nella maggior parte degli hotel e di solito lo permettono e hanno messo il cartello che non si poteva fare che poverta per un po d acqua del rubinetto !! Visto i 37/40 gradi abbiamo chiesto oltre al ventilatore che avevamo noi in camera uno per l altra camera del bambino e della nonna considerato che eravamo in 4 e non esiste aria condizionata e ci hanno detto no, non avendo le camere totalmenti piene si poteva prendere benissimo da un altra camera vuota!!! A volte basta un po di disponibilita in piu verso i clienti . Motivo che ci fara' scegliere un altro hotel nel prossimo giro a europa park. Cosi non gli consumeremo piu l acqua!!!

המקום נחמד, אשת הקבלה אדיבה. נקי ומסודר. המיקום מושלם! הארוחת בוקר דלה מאד.

Cons:

בתחילה קיבלנו חדר לוהט מחום עם מיזוג אוויר ישן ורעוע. לאחר שדיברנו עם הגברת בקבלה , החליפו לנו חדר במיקום נוח וקריר יותר, עם מיזוג ומאווררים - מה ששינה את כל חווית הלינה במלון.

Sehr nettes Personal, haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen,ohne zu fragen, da bei unserem eigentlichem Zimmer keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war und es so extrem heiß war. Das war sehr nett. Wäre eigentlich ein 4 Bett Zimmer gewesen, haben es für den selben Preis bekommen wie unser gebuchtes 2 Bett Zimmer. Am Haus sind genügend Parkplätze die pro Tag 7 Euro kosten und natürlich kommen auch pro Person die Kurtaxe dazu. Das waren 2,50 Euro pro Person. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Europapark war fußläufig in ca 5-7 Minuten zu erreichen. Haben sogar eine Parkplatz Gutschein für 1mal freies parken im Park erhalten. Rundherum um das Hotel fußläufig mehrere Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt vorhanden. Der Supermarkt hat 24/7 geöffnet.

Die mobile Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat viel Lärm gemacht und das Fenster musste offen bleiben

Pros:

La chambre qui nous avions en arrivant n'avait pas de climatisation. En temps normal, ce n'est pas un soucis, mais avec la canicule la température était insupportable. Cela peut etre rangé dans les défauts de l'hôtel, mais la personne a la réception nous a changé de chambre sans problème, et sans sur-cout.
La nouvelle chambre était très bien.

Cons:

Un certain nombre de chambre n'a pas la climatisation, ni même simplement de ventilateur.
Avec le réchauffement de la période estivale, cela serait peut-être un investissement à faire.

Senza pretese, buon punto di appoggio per Europa Park
Pros:

Pur non essendo dotato di climatizzatore ho fatto notare che la stanza era parecchio calda e mi hanno fornito un ventilatore, meglio di niente. Pulizia effettuata ogni giorno con cambio degli asciugamani. Colazione buona nella media.

Cons:

il miscelatore della doccia era parzialmente rotto, si riusciva comunque ad usare, il rifornimento di shampoo e bagnoschiuma non è stato regolare. Una lampada del comodino non funzionava.
La struttura è divisa in 2 gruppi separati, noi eravamo distanti circa 500mt dalla struttura principale dove si faceva colazione alla mattina.
