Nicht weit entfernt vom Europapark
La situation proche du parc
Gros problème pour l’eau car aucun distributeur d’eau et refus de prendre de l’eau dans leur fontaine en dehors du petit déjeuner.
Aussi chambre sous le toit avec un volet de croix cassé et une Clim défectueuse donc une chaleur horrible

Lage zum Park super (5 Gehminuten). Frühstück reichlich und große Auswahl.
Zimmer nicht wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Eher klein und schlicht. Nur zum übernachten ok.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Lage zum Park ist nur ein Paar Gehminuten.
Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht, allerdings gab es ein Problem mit dem Lattenrost vom Bett (war defekt). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich der Sache freundlich und unkompliziert angenommen. Da das Problem nicht sofort oder am nächsten Tag hätte gelöst werden können wurde uns ein fast gleichwertiges und ein höherwertiges Zimmer ohne Aufpreis angeboten alles ohne Probleme. Von daher Top Service. Das Frühstück ist mehr als ausreichend, wer da nichts zum essen findet ist selber schuld. Es ist einfach für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei, angefangen von Eiern in verschiedenen Varianten Käse ,Wurst,Müsli, verschiedene Marmelade, Brot, Brötchen, Kuchen usw. Von daher ein rund um perfekter Aufenthalt, 5 von 5 Sternen. Macht so weiter wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Es gibt zwar in manchen Zimmern Klimaanlagen und TV ja sowieso, aber es wäre hilfreich wenn eine Anleitung im Zimmer zu finden wäre wie die Geräte funktionieren. Die Klimaanlage hab ich zwar zum laufen gebracht aber der TV war die Hölle vorallem wenn man nicht genau weiß wie das mit dem Empfang ist ob normale Sender gehen oder ob es paytv ist. Das könnte etwas einfacher gestaltet werden.

Gemeinsamer Kühlschrank im Gang leider nicht benutzbar!! Tür ging nicht zu, da Gefrierfach leider komplett vereist, kühlt nicht

- sehr leckeres Frühstück, bei dem es an nichts gefehlt hat
- freundlicher Empfang
- Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein, aber es war sauber und hatte sogar einen Balkon
