En l’attente d’un accord de remboursement de la part de booking qui ne répond pas

⭐ Expérience inacceptable – Problème d’hygiène et aucun remboursement

Très mauvaise expérience avec cet établissement. Nous avons demandé l’annulation de notre réservation en raison de problèmes d’hygiène qui nous semblaient inacceptables. Il est inadmissible de devoir envisager de séjourner dans un établissement lorsque les conditions d’hygiène posent problème.

Malgré notre demande et les raisons invoquées, l’établissement a refusé de nous rembourser. Nous avons également sollicité Booking, mais nous sommes restés sans réponse.

Nous nous retrouvons donc dans une situation particulièrement décevante : un problème d’hygiène, un établissement qui refuse de prendre ses responsabilités et une plateforme qui ne nous apporte aucune solution.

Nous attendions un minimum de sérieux, de compréhension et de considération pour les clients. Cette expérience nous laisse un goût très amer.

Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement et sommes profondément déçus par la gestion de cette situation.

War alles sauber und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und auch die Betten recht bequem.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein für 3 Betten aber ok für 1 Übernachtung. Check in erst ab 17 uhr ist schon recht spät aber ist scheinbar immer erst ab 17 uhr möglich

Für eine Nacht vollkommen OK.
Pros:

Die Entfernung zum Europapark sind ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Und für 7€ zusätzlich kann man direkt bem Hotel parken.

Cons:

Es ist sehr hellhörig. Man hört jeden, der die Treppe im Gang benutzt. Und im Gang kann ma. Die Leute in den Zimmern sprechen hören.

Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Auch sind ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Kostenpflichtig, aber man kann das Auto während dem Parkaufenthalt stehen lassen. Das Bett war bequem.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung im Gästehaus ist sehr minimalistisch. Für eine Nacht ist es ok.
