Personel uśmiechnięty i pomocny .Toruń jest przepiękny zachwyca kamienicami wszędzie czuć ducha Mikołaja Kopernika. Spacery o każdej porze dnia to istna przyjemność. Bardzo ładny pokój z zabudowanym balkonem i z widokiem na Wisłę. Dzięki dobrym oknom był bardzo cichy, mimo że wychodził na ulicę. Grube zasłony blokujące światło, a do tego duże, wygodne, miękkie łóżko, dzięki czemu super się spało. Wszystko czyste, obsługa miła i komunikatywna. Super usprawnieniem jest to, że można wyjść z hotelu zarówno na ulicę Rabiańską jak i Bankową. Lokalizacja idealna. Bardzo polecam :)
