Pros:

Espaço do quarto, chuveiro.

Cons:

Quarto estava com muito mal cheiro. Tinha mofo ao redor das janelas e estava muito sujo o chão. Nos cantos tinha chumaço de cabelo enrolado. Fica em um local muito perigoso da cidade. Prédio bem antigo.
