Bom, ruim em poucos detalhes, recomendo e me hospedo novamente com certeza.

Hotel muito bom, mas infelizmente em Porto Alegre todos os hotéis cobram estacionamento, acho isso absurdo, mas volto a me hospedar.

Cons:

Infelizmente com o frio que está fazendo o ar condicionado no quente não funcionava o que salvou um ótimo cobertor deu para dormir bem, cadê da manhã, poderia ser melhor, a lancheira estava no buffet, mas não funcionava, um hotel tem que ter reserva, absurdo isso.

Bom banho, no entanto havia um vazamento no banheiro que o chão estava sempre úmido. Tv e ar bom funcionamento. Wi-fi uma porcaria. Bom café da manhã, bom atendimento.

Pros:

Gostei muito do tamanhao do quarto e da localização, pois fica perto do centro histórico. Da para visitar muitos pontos turísricos a pé. O tamanho do quarto era muito bom e as camas confortáveis.

Cons:

O quarto era mal iluminado. Foi a primeira vez que fiquei em um hotel que não tem iluminação no teto. A iluminação do quarto era feita por abajour. O quarto não tinha secador de cabelo e isso no frio é inaceitável. Quando solicitamos da recepção, não havia nenhum disponível.
