Categories

Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews report dirty rooms, strong mold/moisture smell in several units and poorly maintained bathrooms; some guests did praise general cleanliness but mold issues lower the score.
Service
8.7
Staff and reception repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; quick/cordial service and good attention at check-in and breakfast were highlighted.
Location
7
Location is convenient and accessible to city points (several guests mention good location), but multiple mentions of many homeless people nearby and feeling unsafe at night reduce the score.
Room Quality
7
Rooms often have comfortable beds and adequate furnishings, but recurring issues (cold showers, door/locking problems, humidity/mold in some rooms) produce a mixed rating.
Amenities
6.8
Breakfast and basic amenities are present and good, but problems with hot water/heating, elevator quirkiness and paid/outdoor parking lower the amenities score.
Value for Money
9.5
Many guests explicitly praise the hotel as great cost-benefit, calling it excellent value for price and recommending it for budget travelers.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Breakfast is frequently described as very good (buffet-style, fruits, juices, varied options) and is a consistently positive point in reviews.
Overall Experience
7.4
Mixed overall: strong positive signals for value, staff and breakfast but notable negatives on cleanliness, hot water and safety at night produce a middling overall impression consistent with target rating.
