televisão não funcionou, não consegui wifi pq a comunicação é só irndo pessoalmente na recepção, no anuncio mostra q o hotel é próximo ao aeroporto e não é, isso é propaganda enganosa, o mesmo encontra-se a 8,1 km do aeroporto, por conta do anuncio parei de ônibus no aeroporto, paguei taxa a mais no Uber e se tivesse parado na rodoviária aí sm o mesmo estaria próximo ao km determinado.

A recepcionista Júlia foi excelente. O quarto não é novo, mas aconchegante. O café da manhã tem diversidade e saboroso. Tudo de Uber fica perto e custo é baixo.

Cons:

O hotel precisa de cuidados, tem um tempo de vida, mas o quarto foi muito bom.

Decepcionante. Funcionários despreparados. Se for correr em POA NÃO FIQUE NESSE HOTEL

Nada. Tudo errado, falta de respeito total.

Falta de respeito com os hospedes, principalmente dos funcionários.
Fui com o objetivo de correr a Maratona NB de Porto Alegre. Ao chegar perguntei sobre o Cafá da Manha e fui informado que iniciaria após o horário da largada. Observo que o valor pago foi o dobro do convencional exatamente por causa da corrida, quase a todalidade dos hospedes estavam la pela corrida.

Para piorar fui informado que quem reservou direto com o hotel poderia retirar um cafe da manha na noite anteior mas que o mesmo não seria oferecido para quem reservou pela Booking.

Para piorar, fui cobrado por um late check out pela funcionária Gabriela, com total falta de educação, após ter acordado com outra funcionária que não seria cobrado. Meu check out foi as 12:35. Não havia novos hospedes chegando, pelo contrario, era apenas para prejudica os hospedes, sem considerar que estavamos pagando o dobro da diaria nomal por causa da corrida e sem cafe da manhã.

A corrida teve problemas com o guarda volumes, eu tive sorte pois muitos corredores so conseguiram tirar seus pertences apos as 13:30. Quando fui embora estava uma confusão, muitos atletas chegando da corrida e sem entender a falta de respeito da Gabriela com os hospedes.

Sem dúvida ganharam muito dinheiro estorquindo dos corredores, mas tambem ganharam minha primeira avaliação negativa no Booking.
