Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, leckerem Essen und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre – wir kommen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Venus in Karlsbad. Das gesamte Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Es war immer ausreichend vorhanden und wurde ansprechend serviert. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit – man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt.

Unser Zimmer war sauber, gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war hervorragend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel Venus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Good swimming pool and location. NO AC, i was there when outside was super hot and we couldnt sleep

Lady on reception was super super nice. Clean room, ok breakfast. Good location.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable and with my partner we couldnt coudle since the mattress was moving and creating big gap in middle. No AC, outside was super hot and to stay in our room was unbearable especially at night.

Pros:

Hotellet ligger perfekt i gåafstand til den charmerende by. Værelset var godt, spa og bassin lige tilpas til lidt ekstra afslapning.

Cons:

Ved ankomsten blev vi budt på en drink, som kunne indløses indtil kl. 20, men kl. 19.55 afslog en meget lidt imødekommende bartender at skænke denne. Det var også nødvendigt at holde godt fast i sin tallerken til morgenmaden, da meget ivrige tjenere gerne ville rydde af. Lidt synd for et ellers dejligt hotel.

Vse bylo naprosto dokonale,jeli jsme do hotelu primo ze svatebniho obradu,po vstupu do hotelu se nas ujala manazerka,meli jsme pripraveny krasne nazdobeny stul,trichodove menu,mily a ochotny personal,pripadali jsme si,jako kdyby prijel ministr :)skvele to doladilo nas krasny den a ja vsem moc a moc dekuji

Freundlich engagierte Mitarbeiterin am Empfang, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Die Lage ist natürlich gut.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit, wenn man die Matratze ein bisschen auseinander schiebt was ich getan habe um zu gucken was ich verloren habe um Himmels Willen. Die Situation mit den Parkplätzen ist eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten Glück aber wenn der eine Parkplatz nicht gewesen wäre, ich habe keine Ahnung. Pools und Sauna wirken auf den Bildern größer als sie wirklich sind, ist schon recht klein.
