Hotel bom limpo, funcionários super atenciosos, iternet péssima. Mas vale o custo benefício.
Pros:

A cama é super confortável, os funcionários super simpáticos e receptivos não tenho o que reclamar só elogios. A localização ok no centro perto de tudo, café da manhã muito bom.

Cons:

O banheiro apesar de limpo necessita de uma uma modernização. Agora a internet é péssima, tão ruim que nem o funcionário conseguiu colocar. E quando entrava só ficava travando impossível usar. Isso é péssimo para os hóspedes tem que rever urgente esta questão.

Pros:

Chegamos de uma longa viagem as duas da manhã e teríamos mais 3 hras de estrada paramos para dormir e descansar e foi ótimo. Nós receberam de madrugada e serviram janta no quarto.

Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã, garagem disponível até para camionetes e um bom quarto.

Cons:

Check-in lento, necessário preencher um questionário demorado, e depois o atendente ainda pergunta o mesmo que foi preenchido no questionário novamente.

Não recomendo.
Pros:

Tudo foi difícil . O ponto bom é que tem elevador da garagem para o hotel. O café da manhã foi bom .

Cons:

Se não se conhece bem Florianópolis, é difícil chegar na rua da garagem. No quarto , o ar condicionado não estava em condições de uso. Apesar de ser 100% não fumante, o quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro.

Localização maravilhosa, funcionários atenciosos e gentis, além do restaurante muito bom dentro do hotel.

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto nao estava muito boa, mas eu acredito que tenha sido por conta do tempo nublado.

Hotel em excelente localização no centro de Florianópolis. Próximo a rodoviária e beira mar norte. Limpo, confortável e um excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Manobrista que estava no domingo de manhã acelerou tanto o motor do meu carro que parecia que ele queria cortar giro. Totalmente desnecessário, carros com etanol preciso deixar ums dois minutos ligados para esquentar. Eles deveriam saber dessa informação e cuidar do carro dos hóspedes. Quando ele trouxe disse tem algum problema seu carro, eu disse nenhum porque tem 2 anos só, está abastecido com etanol. Aí ele ficou sem falar nada.
