Confortável, fui bem recebido, banheiro bom. Tudo dentro do esperado.
Pros:

Única coisa que achei ruim foi a televisão que é muito pequena. Isto não me atrapalhou, usei meus equipamentos eletronicos.

Talvez seria interessante colocar a televisão em suporte movel
