Pros:

The room is very spacious

Cons:

The reception desk has short opening hours.

When leaving the parking lot, the gate won't open, so you have to press a button on the ceiling.
Since I'm only 151cm tall, that was impossible for me.

I didn't receive a check-in message, so I called to confirm things like that.

The hotel entrance was incredibly complicated, and it took me an hour to get to my room.

Great stay in a great Apartment.
Pros:

Location is very good, Easy walk to the Restaurants and supermarket. Apartment looked like
it had been recently renovated. The managers are excellent, very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

There are no towel rails in the bathrooms. Bed in main Bedroom was very hard.

Great place!
Pros:

Great location. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Also the pool looked inviting too!

Cons:

Only a minor issue would be sometimes after 10pm we could hear the people in rooms above us moving around their units. Other than that it was all good.

Great location, great value. Very clean & awesome for two work colleagues.

Location was brilliant for access to the Conference Centre & also very close to the shops & restaurants & the just a couple of blocks to the beach.

Thank you for a wonderful few days away with the family - we'll be back :-)
Pros:

Location was amazing (proximity to shops, restaurants, cafes, beach, running and walking trails etc.), room was comfortable and had everything we needed for the stay. We didn't use pool or BBQ, but great to have these onsite.

Cons:

Kids didn't like that next door unit was smoking (and could smell it outside our unit) - but they are very sensitive to smoke!

The location was outstanding, easy walk to the beach and Broadbeach restaurants, I am not a fan of highrise accommodation so being on the ground floor was convenient and secure.

Cons:

This is just a personal preference however, carpet at the beach has never been a favourite floor covering, especially with sand and kids combined!!

Perfect location for all Broadbeach sights. If you’re looking for luxury, you will need to pay more and stay elsewhere.
Pros:

The location was within walking distance to everywhere I wanted to go.

Cons:

Old pots and pans and stove. A $120 fee if I didn’t remove rubbish. I would have assumed this was part of the service for the price I paid for accommodation.
