lokalita bazen venku a termální bazén velmi pěkné, jídlo dobré

pěkný saunový svět ale hlučná stále hrající hudba jak u kolotočů! - v sauně má být klid, ticho
lidé mohou do saun v plavkách, ani nepoužívají prostěradla někteří - velmi nehygienické
velmi měkké postele a pod prostěradly šustící igelity místo látkových podložek!

Nagyon tetszett az elhelyezkedés. A szálloda szép. Rendezett környezet.

A személyzet nem mindig volt segítőkész. Inkább közömbös. A fürdőszoba nagyon rossz már. A zuhanyból ömlött a víz. Állt a fürdőben a víz zuhanyzás után.

Mindenhol tisztaság fogadott (bár kicsit kórház-szag van). Sok a medence, bár nem túl melegek.

Cons:

Túl van fűtve az épület minden egyes része, elviselhetetlen hőség volt minden közösségi térben és a szobában is, miközben a medencék vízhőfoka - a thermálvízeset leszámítva - nem volt kielégítő. A szauna 2 órával korábban bezár, mint a medencetér. Nincs annyi parkoló, mint amennyire szükség volna.

A szállás kinézete, elhelyezkedése, tisztasága és a plusz kikapcsolódási lehetőségek.

Cons:

A szoba felszereltsége lehetne picit gazdagabb, például egy vízforralót be lehetne szerelni a szobába. Emellett pipereholmikra is számítottunk volna, legalább csak egy pici tusfürdőre és samponra.

Pros:

Parkování v areálu hotelu. Ubytování za dobrou cenu. Stravování s možností výběru mnoha položek a hlavně zeleniny. U byzénů dostatek léhátek. Výměna ručníků každý třetí den. Několik bazénů atraktivní pro děti jakožto i zahrada - pokud počasí dovolí. Veškeré útraty evidovány na hodinky s čipem a evidencí na pokoj.
