Pros:

The staff was really nice. They really helped us out by keeping our luggage for free. We wanted to explore other cities of turkey but we didn't want to carry our suitcases. Even tho we had one day of stay with them but they kept our luggage for couple of days.

Отличное расположение отеля, все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. В номере есть все необходимое. Персонал русскоговорящий, подскажет куда сходить, как добраться. Кровать и подушки изумительные, после долгих прогулок самое оно.

Cons:

Есть лишь только один нюанс это завтрак. Он вкусный, но изо дня в день один и тот же.
Совет: внести разнообразие, чередовать день через день.

Расположение удобное. Можно пешком дойти до многих достопримечательностей и основного транспорта , недалеко от причала.
Завтрак есть , чай/кофе доступно в любое время

Pros:

La atención del personal, Loka y el chico de la noche, la Sra del desayuno muy amables y super atentos, desde la llegada nos recibieron con una sonrisa y un té. La ubicación excelente a pocas cuadras de la Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia y Palacio Topkapi, alrededor lleno de restaurancitos muy lindos, muy agradable para pasar unos días increíbles en Estambul.
Además nos coordinaron el taxi de ida y vuelta al aeropuerto aúper cómodo.
En resumen excelente experiencia, absolutamente recomendable,sin duda volveremos

Nous sommes restées 7 jours au Family Istanbul Hôtel, un bâtiment au charme très rustique, authentique et familial dans lequel nous avons ADORÉ séjourner ! Nous avons opté pour la chambre de 4 personnes, étant 3, craignant que celle de 3 personnes ne soient trop étroites pour nous et nous avons fait le bon choix. La literie était extrêmement confortable et de bonne qualité. Un minibar avec frigo était présent dans la chambre et fonctionnait parfaitement. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et suffisamment copieux pour vous rassasier. Nous remercions d’ailleurs Jamila, une femme adorable qui s’occupe du service du petit-déjeuner et avec qui j’ai adoré échanger☺️. Le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’un accueil extrêmement chaleureux participant davantage à nous faire apprécier notre séjour au sein de ce petit hôtel. L’emplacement était absolument incroyable : nous étions à proximité des principaux lieux touristiques notamment la place de Sultanahmet et ses deux magnifiques mosquées qui se font face l’une et l’autre (moins de 7 minutes à pied). L’arrêt du tram 1 se trouve également à proximité, 10 minutes à pied. Nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied et en bus. Je vous recommande absolument cet hôtel qui est plus que validé compte tenue du rapport qualité-prix, de la qualité du séjour et de sa proximité folle avec les attractions touristiques. Nous choisirons certainement à nouveau cet hôtel si nous devions revenir à Istanbul dans le futur.

Mizerie de nedescris, am gasit un aspirator pe hol si am aspirat eu toata camera pentru ca nu se putea sta in asemenea conditii execrabile ! Geamurile nu se inchideau. La toaleta era plin de par si mizerie peste tot … de prosoape si de lenjerii nu are rost sa mai spun, erau probabil nespalate !!
