There are far better options in Pattaya even if the location is great
Pros:

Great location, down a soi next to beach road. View from Sea View room is very nice. Hotel refund other booking we made for family.

Cons:

Pool under construction and room way to dated and worn down. We only let family stay one night, is probably 1-2 star hotell. Pictures on booking.com are old.

Alla fine finiscono e anche velocemente
Pros:

La vista mare dalla camera alzarsi tutte le mattine così che meraviglia e poi la deluxe in pratica è un mini locale con cucina se vuoi ti fai pure da mangiare

Cons:

Per 2 anni ( hotel diversi ) ho sempre trovato lavori di ristrutturazione ma è normale perché la città non sta mai ferma vive .
Peccato ha una bella vista mare ma non c'è passaggi che ti portano al mare ( anche se non consiglio di farci il bagno ) Pattaya è famosa per altre cose di certo non il mare
