Очень красивое место с интересной архитектурой и красивым ремонтом. Территория отеля ухоженная и приятная. Понравились ресторан Bistro — еда была вкусной, особенно пицца . Номер также оставил хорошее впечатление. У нас было два люкса с соединяющей дверью, благодаря чему получилось большое и удобное пространство, что было особенно комфортно для нашей семьи.
К сожалению, уровень сервиса в отеле совершенно не соответствовал ни стоимости проживания, ни категории самого отеля.
Заселение было предусмотрено только с 16:00, что само по себе является политикой отеля, однако сам процесс регистрации занял около 30 минут. Для отеля такого уровня это неприемлемо. Особенно учитывая, что оформление проходило в душном и плохо охлаждаемом главном холле, где практически не работало кондиционирование. Мы бронировали два дорогих люкса и привыкли, что в подобных отелях регистрация либо занимает считанные минуты, либо проводится непосредственно в номере.
Во время моего дня рождения мой муж заранее организовал цветочное оформление номера и чётко обозначил пожелание разместить все цветы вместе, чтобы создать определённый визуальный эффект. Вместо этого отель самостоятельно принял решение расставить композиции по разным комнатам, полностью проигнорировав просьбу гостя. В результате желаемый эффект был достигнут только после того, как мы самостоятельно перенесли все цветы в одно место.
После оформления номера на кровати были размещены лепестки роз и поздравление с днём рождения. Вернувшись после ужина, мы обнаружили, что никто из персонала не зашёл в номер, чтобы подготовить его ко сну и убрать декоративное оформление. Нам пришлось самостоятельно убирать лепестки с кровати перед сном.
На следующий день ситуация с уборкой повторилась. Несмотря на включённую с вечера функцию уборки номера, до обеда никто так и не пришёл. Только после нескольких обращений на ресепшен и недовольства с нашей стороны сотрудники наконец были направлены в номер. Объяснение о том, что номер слишком большой, чтобы его убрать вовремя, звучит крайне странно для отеля подобного уровня. Если отель продаёт большие люксы, он должен иметь возможность обеспечивать их своевременное обслуживание.
Из-за этого после завтрака мы не могли вернуться и отдохнуть в номере и были вынуждены ещё около полутора часов находиться на улице в жаркую погоду, ожидая окончания уборки.
The elegance and the attention to details made our stay magical. Location is fantastic, the quality of the restaurants, the Spa, the staff.. made every minute a delight.
My family & I recently stayed at the beautiful Mandarin Oriental Lago Di Como which was, undoubtedly, one of the best experiences we have ever enjoyed in our many decades of travelling and staying at many of the best luxury hotels globally.
Words cannot describe how incredibly stunning this hotel located in such an idyllic location.
It is set within its own exquisite estate far removed from the main road but yet conveniently accessible with its own private pier for boat access or by road in which the hotel offers complimentary shuttle services to the Como main square, train station and all major ferry services.
All staff treated our family like royalty with every request met with enthusiasm, kindness, respect and patience. All dining options are exemplary although an absolute must Is dinner at L’ Aria which was phenomenal.
It would be remiss of me not to mention Enrico, whom provided such exceptional concierge services and the team who assisted my husband in surprising me with the most divine gifts for my birthday.

Great breakfast, very well presented and the service first class.
I have not stayed in this hotel but I live in the adjacent Villa and I can say that it is a suggestive property but there is one only antique building with a few rooms at very high prices, the other structures are newly built apartments.
Before becoming the Mandarin Hotel, a few years ago, this villa's name was and remains "Rocca Bruna," as it sits on a rock face expertly carved by our ancestors, hence its "shady" nature.
I also often notice soapy substances being poured directly into the lake, which leaves me quite perplexed
In my opinion, definitively not worth the price.
Personal was great, very welcoming and professional. Enjoyed the spa and the pool a lot. Food was excellent. Our premier suite exceeded our expectations, perfect for a family of 4.
