Exactly what I was looking for in a holiday
Pros:

Very impressive ground the layout of the outside around the pool areas clean and tidy as well clean rooms and grounds staff were were friendly efficient and helpful

Gutes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen als ganz ok empfunden. Das Hotel hat wirklich viel Potenzial, und wären da nicht die Probleme mit der Hygiene und dem Vorfall mit dem ersten Zimmer gewesen, wäre unser Urlaub sogar richtig gut geworden!
Die Lage ist super – Supermärkte und Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe, und auch der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar (wo man gegen eine kleine Gebühr Liegen nutzen kann). Der Poolbereich war zudem sehr sauber und es waren immer ausreichend Liegen frei. Auch am Buffet war es angenehm, da es nie total überlaufen war.

Das Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich, und trotz vieler Kinder im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, auch wenn es leider oft etwas kalt war. Die Musik (wie die Kinderdisco) war zeitweise allerdings etwas zu laut zum Entspannen. Die Idee mit dem Maskottchen (dem Frosch) ist eigentlich sehr nett, auch wenn die Kinder beim Essen dadurch verständlicherweise schnell aufstehen wollten.

Cons:

Leider gab es beim ersten Zimmer große Mängel bei der Sauberkeit und Ameisen. Die Tür klemmte und als sie ganz kaputt war, kamen wir nicht mehr an unsere Sachen heran – leider ging in der Rezeption niemand ans Telefon, sodass wir unsere Sachen erst am nächsten Tag nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen zurückbekommen haben. Das neue Zimmer mussten wir ebenfalls erst anfragen, und auch hier musste ich selbst noch einmal nachputzen.

Schade fand ich auch, dass auf unsere Anfrage zum Geburtstag meines Mannes (welche ich im Vorfeld bzw. unkompliziert per WhatsApp klären wollte, um im Urlaub nicht extra zur Rezeption zu müssen) gar nicht reagiert wurde. Da haben wir in anderen Hotels definitiv schon deutlich besseren Service und mehr Aufmerksamkeit erlebt.
Fazit:
Das Hotel hat definitiv schöne Seiten und eine super Lage, aber aufgrund der genannten Mängel bei Hygiene und Service werden wir persönlich nicht mehr wiederkommen. Mit ein bisschen mehr Organisation und Sauberkeit könnte es hier wirklich toll sein!

Estancia inmejorable en un hotel de 10
Pros:

Todo! La ubicación (a 1 calle de las mejores playas de Mallorca), la comida (buenísima y muy variada), la habitación en sí y el plato de ducha (primer hotel que el agua tiene la presión adecuada), los jardines del hotel y su decoración, la limpieza de todo, etc etc etc. Repetiremos seguro!

Cons:

Que la animación sólo se dijera en inglés. Habíamos muchas famílias españolas, y Mallorca es territorio español. No entiendo por qué los espectáculos o actividades no se decían en inglés y en español.

séjour très bien dans son ensemble
Pros:

l'hôtel est magnifique
les espaces verts et piscines superbes
le buffet petit déjeuner et diner variés et complet
Mention spéciale pour Carolina qui a eu la gentillesse de nous prévenir ( en français) d'une intervention dans notre chambre - Ajout cadre miroir salle de bain) et de nous offrir 3 cocktails en guise de dédommagement. C'est fort appréciable et très professionnel ( merci a elle)

l'odeur du marais derrière l'hôtel
la petitesse du parking privé
la climatisation non indépendante entre les chambres de la même villa
aucune pression dans la douche
la piscine privée entretenue juste le jour de notre départ ( sable, feuilles, plumes d'oiseaux)
salle buffet très bruyante pour un mois de septembre

Na izbe dopĺňali kávu a menili uteráky/posteľné prádlo podľa potreby
K dispozícii aj detská postieľka ktorá bola ok, aj nočník

Gauč na izbe bol špinavý..mali sme dosť postelí tak sme ho nevyužívali, ale nato ako čistili zvyšok izby bol gauč zanedbaný
Káva je podpriemerná
Mínusy sú za mňa iba zanedbateľné detaily, my by sme sem išli hneď znova.

Dużo atrakcji w hotelu dla dzieci małych i dużych, pod ręką wszystko co potrzebne, duży wybór restauracji, hotel ładnie urządzony.

Cons:

W zasadzie jedyna rzecz, do której można się przyczepić to różna jakość codziennego sprzątania pokoju. Czasem tak jak należy, czasem niezbędne minimum.

Great hotel for families with toddlers or babies
Pros:

Really great hotel for families with young children- remarkably clean considering the amount of young children there. The breakfast buffet made dining with a baby and toddler super easy- so many highchairs, easy to feed little mouths (fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, breads/ toasts/ pastries) and continuously cleaned around you. Lots of pools so we could mix up time between the pool and beach. Great that pool towels are given and changed for dry ones whenever needed. We recommend getting a car and visiting the nearby beaches and ports - Formentor was our favourite beach (although playa de muro was also nice just water not as crystal clear as Formentor) and the port towns with playgrounds on the beach made early dinners really easy. A great location to base yourself for exploring alcudia Formentor with kids.

Cons:

We had a 2 bedroom terrace with balcony but our view was of the reception/ car park. As we stayed in with the kids each evening we sat out on the balconies in the evening so ideally we would have had a slightly better view- if planning to do this maybe request a room with views of nature reserve! We didn’t ask to switch and I’m sure they might of but just a tip if this is your plan!

Good facilities fantastic for families but area lacked charm
Pros:

Great facilities always very clean.

Picco restaurant was lovely but hard to get a table at

Cons:

Although location was close to the beach, the beach was often very busy.
There was a ‘strip’ like road next to the hotel with shops that all sold the same thing, overall the area doesn’t have much charm but for little children that may not be what you’re looking for.
