"The hotel Giordano is located in the center of the town and is without sea view, it has a parking (at a daily charge), a swimming pool and a elevator.
In order to get the luggage assistance and instructions to reach the hotel, clients are requested to phone the hotel upon arrival. The service is granted from about 6/7 am until 10/11 pm
Prepayment of the stay is requested once the free cancellation deadline has expired.
In case of early departure the hotel will keep the full prepyament as penalty.
The extra bed is granted as sofa bed.

Very well presented property and excellent team
Son emplacement est parfait, sa piscine est magnifique et le petit déjeuné excellent.
La chambre est monastique (24bis)!
Aucune décoration, pas un tableau, pas un objet décoratif. L’austérité à l’état pur!
La lumière est blanche, vive et agressive ne permettant pas de lire quelques lignes lorsque votre conjoint dort.
La douche est trop petite.
Mais c’est Ravello, cet hôtel ne mérite pas plus que trois étoiles et il va de soit, que le prix que l’on a payé 2900€/5nuits), ne le vaut pas.
The overall experience was superb. Location was just off the main square. Breakfast enjoyable and pool area good for requirement.
Felt for the price tea and coffee making facilities should be available in rooms.
Location is excellent - very close to the main piazza and if you drive, you can drive right up to the property and park. The breakfast buffet and extra options were great. The pool area is beautiful and spacious. The rooms rooms are exquisite as are the bath products provided. Recommend!
We loved the location and the large pool we used it everyday.
We also loved the gardens and the v friendly staff and the air con worked v well and efficiently.

Nothing we can think of possibly if being hyper critical we were charge 4-5 weeks the entire amount of the stay before even visiting the property so this is something to be aware of mindful of as if you arrive and are unhappy with your room or some issue then they already have all of your money.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable and beautifully furnished, the pool area was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Ravello.
