Best hotel in Hanoi area - best room, service, location, staff!
Pros:

I loved everything about Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, spacious, stylish, and impeccably clean. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and our favorite coffee shop and bánh mì spot, with convenience stores and ATMs nearby. The breakfast was excellent, and the food tasted incredibly authentic.

What I loved most, though, was the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Whether it’s bringing you ice for your drinks, recommending great local restaurants, or simply checking in to see how you’re doing and how they can help, their hospitality is exceptional. Special thanks to Rosie and Jasmine, two incredibly charming and helpful ladies who made our stay even more memorable.

My husband and I will definitely be back, and we’ll always book Eliana Signature Hanoi Hotel whenever we visit North Vietnam.

Overall, great hotel! Would recommend to friends!
Pros:

Great location, streets were not as busy yet still accessible to convenience stores, spas and restaurants
Staff were very accommodating and friendly
They gave me a room upgrade at no additional cost
Staff were also considerate. Had to extend a day due to the airline cancelling my flight, they happily arranged a room for me.

Cons:

A few issues I had during my stay:
- pounding noise coming from upstairs; they moved me to another room.
- AC was dripping. They fixed it right away, upon complaint.
- found a dead cockroach in the cabinet 🫣 staff explained though that they just sprayed insect repellant. That’s why dead insects were showing up but they came in right away and cleaned it.

Ausgesprochen freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr zentrale Lage. Äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.

Nice, for the first stay.
Pros:

Sie liegt super zentral, die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und helfen wo sie nur können.Das Frühstück ist auch sehr lecker.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht richtig runter gekühlt. Es war noch in Ordnung, aber richtig kühl nicht im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels in denen wir waren. Daher auch nicht volle Punktzahl. Es liegt nicht an den Mitarbeitern, die helfen wo sie nur können. An der Technik können sie nicht viel machen, wir haben aber auch nichts gesagt, da es unser erstes Hotel auf unser Reise war. Wir dachten dies ist normal. Ist es nicht unbedingt, daher auch der Punkteabzug bei dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir haben es auf unserer Reise anders kennengelernt.

Pros:

Quang and le tan bay 23 lo su. Luca, John and Maria were really friendly. They gave us our best experience in Hanoi. If we come back we really stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much. This hotel is in the heart of the hotel.
