A nice, beautiful hotel. The staff were very welcoming and provided us with a tourist guide featuring key locations and handy tips (such as the train schedule for "Train Street"). Good breakfasts and clean rooms.

Cons:

There is no shoehorn; minor cosmetic repairs and the installation of air conditioning in the elevator would be desirable.

Great location, cold aircon and lovely staff.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Especially on the weekend when there is markets close by. The room is lovely, the staff are beautiful and I would return again. This was my second stay at Eliana and I will return .

Le personnel à l’accueil est sincèrement gentil etpas envahissant , la décoration correspond bien aux photos. Très original et agréable. Le ménage est fait en temps et en heure.

Le petit déjeuner est varié, on peut commander des choses à la Carte.

Cons:

Franchement, tout est vraiment bien, s'il faut mettre un tout petit bémol, je dirais qu’il faut prêter un peu plus d'attention au tout petits détails comme les trous dans les murs parfois. Mais c'est vraiment insignifiant vu le prix de la chambre.

The hotel is clean and worth it. The best part is that it's near the lake and next to the supermarket, massage, and cafe.I would also like to thank all the staff, who contacted me days before my arrival, and the kind Mr. Andrew personally greeted us warmly. The smiles of all the staff were truly delightful and comforting. Thank you very much, and I hope to visit you again if I ever come back to Hanoi.

Pros:

Mooie ruime kamer, fantastisch groot raam met uitkijk op de stad.
Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en beleefd en gaf ons veel informatie over de stad. Het was ook zeer gemakkelijk om je kleren te laten wassen.
