Great place to explore Hanoi
Pros:

We had a great stay here, ideal location 2min walk to the lake. Very solid breakfast and most of all staff was very welcoming and helpful !

Eliana - A great spot to stay
Pros:

Very nice hotel with a get feel to it. Location is great and the room was very nice. Staff were fantastic.

Rosie at the desk is a lovely person with great English and very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast could improve a bit.

Great location, very close to all the hustle and bustle and gold eating

Cons:

Rooms were a bit outdated and stuffy, ours had some discolouration on the ceiling. Not sure if it was mold or what. Could do with some dusting or cleaning of the air con vents as the room didn't feel properly ventilated. Also the restaurant upstairs for the buffet is average and it felt very warm upstairs as well.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο σε πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία και πολύ κοντά στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος σε απόσταση 5-10 λεπτών με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό και χαμογελαστό.

Posizione ottima per girare a piedi la città. Lo staff molto cordiale. La camera pulita. La colazione è standard per quello che abbiamo trovato in Vietnam

Cons:

La luce naturale è carente. La struttura è molto calda e il condizionatore si spegne quando si esce dalla stanza, quindi al rientro ci vuole un po' di tempo prima che raffreddi la camera.
