Pros:

Posizione top la stanza molto bella e molto pulita. Staff super gentile e disponibile , veramente tutti molto bravi.

Cons:

La colazione non è il massimo soprattutto per chi ama fare una colazione dolce, ma comunque in generale non è il massimo . non ci sono succhi di frutti ma solo acqua caffè o tea

Het personeel was erg aardig en ontzettend behulpzaam. De locatie is perfect.

Cons:

Het is niet heel schoon. We attendeerde het personeel op een dood insect in het trappenhuis. De volgende twee dagen dat we er liepen lag het er nog steeds.

A few small frustrations at the start, but the location and eventual staff responsiveness made it a solid 4-star city-ce
Pros:

Central location made it easy to explore the Old Quarter and nearby spots on foot. Room was clean and comfortable. After a couple of early hiccups, staff became more attentive and resolved issues quickly (including waiving a towel charge once I showed it could be cleaned). Overall a convenient base for a short city-centre stay.

Cons:

4% card fee on transactions, chargeable bottled water, and the Eggs Benedict at breakfast was underwhelming. The initial face-towel incident (being asked to pay $10 for mascara marks) felt overly confrontational at first, though it was sorted quickly. Photos are a bit more flattering than the actual experience.

Fantastic stay, highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, short walk into either Old Quarter or French Quarter
Very close to Hoan Kiem Lake.
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Rosie, Jessica and Mia at reception were very friendly and great to chat with giving local advice if you need. Highly recommend this stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was included which was great but it was not very exciting food.

Pros:

The location was nice, the staff was helpful in evert matter, breakfast was very good.

Cons:

The pictures are obviously AI. I knew it while booking but I thought that reviews are so good so it shouldn't matter... but the place smells like mold. It was disturbing. It makes the hotel not good value for the money paid.
