Rooms were comfortable and clean
It says on line there is a restaurant, but it doesn't do evening meals just breakfast.
Location is excellent for attending events at the International Centre. Bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.
The room was dated and noisy. There was another hotel nearby which had a late night club and music went on until late. There were no USB outlets and or power points close to the bed. I had to plus my phone in across the room.
Location. Directly opposite the BIC. 5 minutes from the beach.
Restaurant was closed and we didn't find out until we arrived. Had to find another place for dinner. Shower head was fixed. Much prefer the hand held type. On the plus side,there was a bracket for soap and shampoo which seems to be a rarity in most places.

Room was above kitchen extractor fan so was woken with the aroma of cooked bacon. Windows had to be left open as the weather was very warm. Am vegetarian!
The location was great - close to the beach
This was not a "modern and stylish" room as advertised. The extra bed was in poor condition and the shower was not working. This was not good value for money. There was no response when these issues were raised with the hotel.
Conveniently located opposite the Bournemouth event venue and a very short walk to the beach and restaurants.
We stayed during a heatwave and only had a small tower fan in the room that wasn’t very effective at all. It was incredibly stuffy. Air con is needed for a comfortable stay during the summer weather.
Location very convenient
No air conditioning system , it was so hot. Had 2 rooms and in both rooms the beds were so uncomfortable and old .couldn’t relax all night .breakfast so poor .
