Bad experience
Pros:

Great location and the pool looked nice

Cons:

The hotel was not clean, a cockroach was in the room as the staff helped us in with our bags. There was one small dirty pillow on each bed and the sheets were also stained. The staff had about five men sitting in a room beside reception who stared at us through a glass partition laughing loudly while we checked in which made us quite uncomfortable as it was late at night and we couldn't tell what they were talking about. We quickly booked another hotel when the staff left as we didn't want to stay somewhere we felt unsafe.

Pros:

Highly recommend this place and I will be staying there again on my next trip to Bali! The staff were incredibly cheerful and friendly. They were helpful and polite. The room was really comfortable and a great size and I loved the view of their beautiful gardens that overlooked the gorgeous pool.

Cons:

The showers had some intermittent issues with hot water. The poor buggers had a leak in a pipe going to the pool but you couldn't really fault them because they have gone to so much effort to fix it, but the pool was closed for a couple of hours at a time on a couple of days for our two week stay.

Grande piscine . Petit déjeuner correct . Douche moyen . Balcon agréable mais manque d adaptation pour les européens .

Bon petit déjeuner , assez de choix . Personel de chambre au petit soin tout les matins avec les bouteille d’eau et les serviette propre .

Cons:

Personne de l’accueil , non agréable à l arrivée . ( femmes ) . Et parking à scooter généralement plein , sans compter la personne de la sécurité qui s’occupe du parking et de bouger les scooter en faisant tomber les casque au sol sans même un petit gêne , il faut penser au touriste qui laisse des cautions pour louer des scooter ainsi que des casques . De plus l’établissement refuse toute négociations au niveau des prix de location de scooter alors que 10m plus loin dans la rue derrière tu peux négocier ton scooter a un prix correct ☑️.
