Pros:

立地が最高に良く、どこへ行くにも便利だった。フロントスタッフは皆フレンドリーで、親身になって対応してくれた。朝食も美味しくて清潔感も問題ありません。

Cons:

清掃後にタオルが部屋に1枚もない日があったり、ベッドスローや枕が片付けられてしまっている日があった。

Posizione vicino a ponte Carlo, tranquilla alla notte
Gentilezza del personale alla reception
Pulizia in tutto l' hotel
Colazione abbondante, soprattutto riguardo a frutta e cibo salato
Disponibilità di ombrello in caso di pioggia (è successo due volte)

Cons:

Mancanza del bidet (la ristrutturazione risale a 10 anni fa,nel bel bagno avrebbe potuto essere inserito)
La prima stanza che ci è stata assegnata era minuscola e mansardata, soffocante se si spegneva il climatizzatore di notte. Lo abbiamo fatto presente e ci è stata sostituita con un' altra adeguata al livello dell' hotel

Great stay would choose it again 100%.
Pros:

Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was good but would like to have some more options, like lactose free milk, diary free cookies but that is just me, overall it was good and tasty.

A lovely hotel in a special location
Pros:

A lovely Prague hotel in a very good location, seconds away from Charles Bridge, but in a calm quiet spot. The room was well equipped and comfortable, with air conditioning, and the hotel lounge and breakfast area are lovely. The hotel staff were always helpful and the little touches - always available coffee and fresh water in the lounge, a plate of cakes in the afternoon - really made our stay special

Cons:

We enjoyed having a light and airy room overlooking the square at the front of the hotel, but that meant we had some early morning noise, as street cleaners came and went etc. So ask for a room away from the street if you prefer silence.
