Dear Management,

​We recently spent two weeks vacationing in Italy, during which we stayed at your hotel for three to four days. Throughout our two-week trip, we stayed in three different hotels, so we have a clear basis for comparison. Unfortunately, the breakfast selection and overall quality at your hotel were by far the poorest among all of them.

​The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. However, when it comes to breakfast, the cost-cutting is extremely noticeable. Over the past two years, I haven't been working in a heavy industrial setting, so we have been spending more time traveling and enjoying vacations. In addition, I have been working as a professional chef for 25 years—and together with my wife and older son, we know exactly what a proper hotel breakfast should look like. Of course, no one left hungry, and anyone who wanted to could find something to eat, but from a hotel of this caliber, we expected much more.

​Key Issues Encountered:

​Fruit Juices: They tasted almost like flavored water and were severely watered down on all four days of our stay, so this was clearly not a one-time oversight.

​Scrambled Eggs: The dish was constantly sitting in raw, unbaked egg liquid. One could only scoop out the top layer that had been properly cooked.

​Refill & Sweet Pastries: Regardless of whether we went down at 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 10:00 AM, there were never any sweet pastries available. Their designated spot was on the buffet line, but they were never replenished.

​Minibar in the Room: We really missed having a minibar or a small refrigerator in the room. This would have been practical not only for cold drinks, but also for storing my son's allergy medication (which ideally requires refrigerated storage).

​Aside from these points, we were very pleased with the rest of our stay. The surrounding environment and the staff were truly wonderful.

A fantastic stay from start to finish — beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, and exceptional food.
Pros:

We were extremely happy with our stay. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The dinner was fantastic — it felt like a multi-course experience, with each dish beautifully arranged and presented. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend this hotel to everyone!

Cons:

Everything was excellent. We honestly have nothing negative to say — we were very happy with our entire stay.

Pros:

Semplicemente tutto, camere ampie, pulite, accoglienti, ottimamente insonorizzate, colazioni varie e complete, dal salato al dolce, ampia scelta di prodotti, tutti di ottima qualità. Disponibilità dello staff ad accontentare ogni richiesta o dubbio. Qualità della ristorazione altissima, ogni portata gustosa ricca e presentata nel modo migliore. Si possono assaggiare piatti della tradizione e preparazioni ricercate. Tutto accompagnato da vini di alto livello. Grazie a tutti
